Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 결합구조는 간편하고 안전하게 체결하여 골절부위를 안전하게 지지할 수 있으며, 임플란트를 해체할 때에 안정적인 해체를 제공하여 뼈의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.

도 2는 골절환자의 수술에 플레이트와 볼트 고정 시, 지지에 문제가 발생한 예를 나타내는 사진이다.

Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 홀이 기설정된 간격으로 형성되는 판상의 플레이트;
상기 플레이트의 홀에 결합되는 볼트체; 및
상기 플레이트와 볼트체에 결합되어 상기 볼트체를 플레이트에 고정시키는 고정체;를 포함하고,
상기 볼트체는 상단에서 하방향으로 다각형상의 결합홈이 형성되고,
상기 고정체는 하면에서 상측으로 원통형상의 원형홈이 형성되고, 상기 원형홈의 내측 상면에서 하측으로 결합홈의 외주형상에 대응되도록 돌출 형성되어 상기 결합홈에 결합되는 끼움결합부가 형성되며,
상기 플레이트는, 상기 홀의 외주 둘레면을 따라 상면에서 상측으로 연장되어 제1 나사산이 형성되는 결합부가 형성되고,
상기 원형홈의 내주면은 상기 결합부의 제1 나사산에 결합되는 제2 나사산이 형성되며,
상기 결합홈과 상기 끼움결합부의 결합, 및 상기 제1 나사산과 제2 나사산의 결합은 상기 플레이트의 상면의 상부에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골 접합용 임플란트 결합구조.

상기 홀은,
상기 결합부와 상기 플레이트가 맞닿는 영역에서 하측방향으로 폭이 좁아지는 테이퍼 형상의 테이퍼 홀과, 상기 테이퍼 홀의 종단에서 일방향으로 연장되는 안내홀로 형성되고,
상기 볼트체는 상기 결합홈이 형성되는 상단 영역에서 하방향으로 직경이 작아지는 테이퍼 형상의 결합몸체와, 상기 결합몸체의 종단에서 상기 안내홀의 직경에 대응되어 일방향으로 연장되어 뼈에 고정되는 고정몸체;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골 접합용 임플란트 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플레이트, 볼트체 및 고정체 중 적어도 하나는 티타늄으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골 접합용 임플란트 결합구조.
