Abstract
상기 펩티드는 우수한 암 세포 증식 억제 활성을 가지며 항암제의 항암 활성을 증진시킬 수 있기에, 상기 펩티드와 항암제를 병용 투여함으로써 췌장암, 유방암, 폐암 등의 다양한 암 질환을 보다 효과적으로 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 PatchDock 및 FireDock 프로토콜을 이용하여 합성된 FNIN2-* 펩티드와 인테그린 α5β1, α5β3, αIIbβ3과의 상호작용을 분석한 결과를 나타내는데, 이를 통해 FNIN2-* 및 인테그린과 부착되는 아미노산 부분을 규명하였다. a. FNIN2-* vs. 인테그린 α5β1, b. FNIN2-* vs. αvβ3, c. FNIN2-* vs. αIIbβ3.
도 3은 FNIN2 및 젬시타빈(Gemcitabine)이 췌장암 세포의 증식에 미치는 효과를 평가한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 4는 FNIN2와 젬시타빈을 췌장암 세포에 병용하였을 때의 효과를 관찰한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 5는 FNIN2 및 독소루비신(Doxorubicin)이 폐암 세포의 증식에 미치는 효과를 평가한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 6은 FNIN2와 독소루비신을 폐암 세포에 병용하였을 때의 효과를 관찰한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 7은 FNIN2 및 독소루비신이 유방암 세포의 증식에 미치는 효과를 평가한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 8은 FNIN2와 독소루비신을 유방암 세포에 병용하였을 때의 효과를 관찰한 결과를 나타낸다.
