Claims (24)
- 극저온 저장 용기로서,
한제 공간(cryogen space)을 획정하는 내부 용기;
상기 내부 용기로부터 이격되며 상기 내부 용기를 둘러싸는 외부 용기로서, 상기 내부 용기와 상기 외부 용기 사이에서 열 절연 공간을 획정하는, 상기 외부 용기;
상기 한제 공간에서 상기 극저온 저장 용기의 바깥쪽으로 액화 가스의 전달을 위한 통로를 획정한 리셉터클을 포함하되, 상기 리셉터클은,
상기 내부 용기의 대향 측면들과 교차하고 상기 한제 공간으로부터 유체 밀봉된 내부 공간을 획정하며 그리고 상기 내부 용기의 각 교차된 측면에서 상기 열 절연 공간과 유체 연통하는 세장형 외부 슬리브;
상기 외부 용기로부터 지지된 개방 단부를 가진 세장형 내부 슬리브로서, 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브는 상기 세장형 외부 슬리브에 의해 획정된 내부 공간으로 연장되고, 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브는 상기 개방 단부의 반대편에 있는 폐쇄 단부를 가짐으로써, 상기 열 절연 공간으로부터 유체 분리되는 리셉터클 공간을 획정하는, 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브; 및
상기 한제 공간에서부터 상기 리셉터클 공간으로 연장되는 유체 연통 채널을 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한제 공간과 상기 리셉터클 공간 사이에서 유체 흐름을 제어하기 위해 개방 위치와 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 동작 가능한 밸브를 더 포함하거나; 또는
상기 리셉터클 공간 및 상기 유체 연통 채널이 연장되는 상기 외부 용기 아래에서의 웰, 및 상기 유체 연통 채널을 통해 상기 리셉터클 공간과 상기 한제 공간을 선택적으로 유체 연결하기 위한 밸브를 더 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 상기 유체 연통 채널에 위치되고/되거나;
상기 밸브는, 개방 위치로 작동되지 않는 한, 유체가 상기 한제 공간 밖으로 흐르는 것을 방지하기 위해 바이어싱되는 체크 밸브이고/이거나;
상기 밸브는 웨이퍼-형 체크 밸브이고/이거나;
상기 밸브는 펌프가 상기 리셉터클 안에 설치될 때 자동으로 개방되며, 상기 밸브는 상기 펌프가 상기 리셉터클로부터 제거될 때 자동으로 폐쇄되거나; 또는
상기 밸브는 상기 극저온 저장 용기 바깥쪽으로부터 기계적으로 작동되는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제3항에 있어서, 밸브 작동기 및 상기 밸브 작동기와 상기 밸브를 작동 가능하게 연결하는 링크를 더 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 작동기와 상기 밸브 사이에서 연장되며 상기 열 절연 공간 및 상기 내부 공간으로부터 유체 분리된 도관을 더 포함하며, 상기 링크는 상기 도관을 통해 연장되고/되거나;
상기 링크는 로드(rod) 및 케이블을 포함하며, 상기 로드는 상기 밸브 작동기와 작동 가능하게 연결되고 상기 케이블은 상기 밸브와 작동 가능하게 연결되고/되거나;
상기 극저온 저장 용기의 위치를 검출하기 위한 센서, 및 상기 센서가 비상 상황인 위치를 검출하는 경우, (a) 상기 링크와 상기 밸브 및 (b) 상기 링크와 상기 밸브 작동기 중 하나 사이에서의 연결을 끊기 위해 상기 센서와 작동 가능하게 연결된 절단 기구를 더 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 연통 채널은 상기 세장형 외부 슬리브에 대해 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 움직임을 허용하는 유연한 구성을 갖거나;
상기 유체 연통 채널은 상기 세장형 외부 슬리브에 대해 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 움직임을 허용하는 유연한 구조를 갖고, 상기 유연한 구조는 벨로즈 배열(bellows arrangement)을 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 폐쇄 단부는 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 길이방향 축에 대해서 횡단하는 방향으로 움직임을 제한하는 가이드에 의해 지지되고/되거나;
상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 폐쇄 단부는 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 길이방향 축에 대해서 횡단하는 방향으로 움직임을 제한하는 가이드에 의해 지지되고, 그리고 상기 가이드는 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 축 움직임 및 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브의 회전 움직임 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 제한하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 펌프 조립체를 더 포함하되, 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 및 상기 펌프 조립체는 상기 펌프 조립체가 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 내에 설치될 때 서로에 대해 밀봉하는 협동 표면을 가짐으로써, 상기 액화 가스가 상승할 수 있는 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 내의 높이를 제한하거나; 또는
펌프 조립체를 더 포함하되, 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 및 상기 펌프 조립체는 상기 펌프 조립체가 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 내에 설치될 때 서로에 대해 밀봉하는 협동 표면을 가짐으로써, 상기 액화 가스가 상승할 수 있는 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 내의 높이를 제한하고, 상기 협동 표면은 상기 펌프 조립체와 연관된 플랜지 및 상기 세장형 내부 슬리브 안쪽에 레지(ledge)를 형성하는 칼라(collar)에 의해 형성되고/되거나;
상기 리셉터클은 하부 단부와 수직으로 배향되며, 상기 하부 단부 및 상기 유체 연통 채널 둘 다는 상기 한제 공간의 최하부 가까이에 위치되고, 상기 극저온 저장 용기는, 상기 하부 단부 가까이에서의 유입구 내에서 상기 리셉터클 공간 안쪽에 배치된 펌프를 더 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리셉터클의 내부 표면 주위에서 연장되며 펌프 조립체가 상기 리셉터클에 설치될 때 상기 리셉터클을 가온 단부와 냉각 단부로 유체 분할하는 칼라;
가압된 퍼지 가스의 공급부와 유체 연통하는 퍼지 밸브;
상기 가온 단부와 상기 퍼지 밸브를 유체 연결하는 제1 퍼지 도관;
상기 냉각 단부와 상기 퍼지 밸브를 유체 연결하는 제2 퍼지 도관;
제2 저장 용기 및 상기 한제 공간 중 하나와 유체 연통하는 배출 밸브;
상기 가온 단부와 상기 배출 밸브를 유체 연결하는 제1 배출 도관; 및
상기 냉각 단부와 상기 배출 밸브를 유체 연결하는 제2 배출 도관을 더 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배출 밸브로부터 하류에서 가스 연료의 농도를 검출하는 센서를 더 포함하고/하거나;
상기 배출 밸브로부터 하류에서 압력을 검출하는 압력 센서를 더 포함하는, 극저온 저장 용기. - 삭제
