- 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법에 있어서,
한 번 이상 사용된 후 수집된 폐자원 재료를 세척하는 세척 단계;
세척이 완료된 폐자원 재료에 EM활성액을 투입하여 기 설정된 시간 및 온도로 발효시킴으로써 상기 폐자원 재료의 악취를 제거하는 악취 제거 단계;
기 설정된 농도 미만으로 악취가 제거된 폐자원 재료를, 폴리에틸렌계 화합물을 포함하는 원재료와 혼합한 후, 열 분해 용융 압출 장치에 투입하여 겔 상태로 용융하는 재료 용융 단계;
용융된 재료 혼합물을 공기가 공급되는 블로워를 통과시켜 냉각한 후, 원통 형상의 필름으로 연속 압출 성형하여 봉투 원단으로 제조하는 봉투 원단 제조 단계; 및,
상기 봉투 원단에 기 설정된 길이 간격으로 하나 이상의 융착부를 형성하고, 상기 융착부의 일 측 단부에 절취부를 형성하여 상기 봉투 원단을 분할 가능한 봉투로 가공하는 봉투 가공 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 악취 제거 단계의 상기 EM활성액은,
정제수에 배양 배지, 미생물 종균 및 발효 배지를 투입하여 획득되는 물질로서,
상기 배양 배지로 미강 및 천일염을, 상기 미생물 종균으로 효모, 유산균, 누룩균, 방선균 및 고초균을, 상기 발효 배지로 당밀 및 왕겨를 이용하되,
상기 EM활성액 전체 부피(v)에 대하여, 상기 정제수를 94 내지 96.9부피비율(%v/v), 상기 배양 배지를 0.2 내지 1부피비율(%v/v), 상기 미생물 종균을 1.5 내지 5부피비율(%v/v), 상기 발효 배지를 1.5 내지 5부피비율(%v/v)로 포함되도록 하고,
상기 미생물 종균으로 포함되는 상기 고초균의 생균수를 이상으로 포함되도록 하여 고초균 집락이 형성되도록 하고,
상기 봉투 가공 단계는,
융착기를 이용하여 상기 융착부를 형성하기 이전,
상기 융착부가 형성되는 상기 봉투 원단 일 영역에 0.01mm 내지 0.2mm의 두께를 갖고 띠 모양으로 가공된 보강 재료를 융착부 형성 방향과 수평한 방향으로 다수 개 격자 형태로 배치한 뒤, 상기 융착기에 의해 형성되는 융착부에 상기 보강 재료를 포함시킴으로써, 상기 융착부에 가해지는 종방향 하중을 상기 보강 재료가 분산하여 인장 강도가 증대되도록 하고,
상기 봉투 가공 단계의 수행 시,
상기 융착부의 일 측 단부에는 절취 수단을 이용하여 개별 봉투에 대한 공급 용이성을 위하여 점선 형태의 칼집을 낸 절취부가 더 형성되되,
상기 절취부는 점선의 일 단부에서 타 단부로 향할수록 칼집의 길이가 점진적으로 길어지도록 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 악취 제거 단계는,
상기 세척이 완료된 폐자원 재료를 정제수에 침지시킨 후,
상기 정제수에 상기 EM활성액을 1:0.01~-0.1의 부피 비율로 투입하여, 30 내지 36℃의 온도로 60 내지 75시간 동안 발효시킴으로써, 상기 EM활성액에 포함된 유용 미생물에 의한 상기 폐자원 재료의 악취 제거가 수행될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강 재료는,
폴리부틸렌숙시네이트(PBS, Polybutylene succinate), 폴리부틸렌아디페이트 테레프탈레이트(PBAT, Polybutylene adipate terephthalate), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL, Polycaprolactione) 및 폴리글리콜라이드(PGA, Polyglycolide) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 생분해성 플라스틱이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재료 용융 단계의 수행 후에는,
자외선 살균, 초음파 살균, 적외선 살균 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 살균 수단을 이용하여 상기 용융된 재료 혼합물을 살균하는 살균 단계;가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재료 용융 단계의 수행 후에는,
상기 용융된 재료 혼합물에 초음파 집속 장치를 이용하여 기 설정된 주파수의 초음파를 집속시켜, 상기 용융된 재료 혼합물에 공동현상(Cavitation)을 일으킴으로써, 상기 용융된 재료 혼합물의 혼화성이 증대되도록 하는 초음파 집속 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재료 용융 단계의 수행 시,
상기 폐자원 재료와 상기 원재료를, 2~4:6~8 의 중량 비율로 혼합하되,
상기 폐자원 재료 및 상기 원재료에 착색 재료 및 보강 재료가 첨가될 경우,
상기 폐자원 재료, 상기 원재료, 상기 착색 재료 및 상기 보강 재료를, 2~3:6~7:0.5~1:0.5~1의 중량 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 봉투의 제조 방법.
