Claims (20)
- 폴리에틸렌, 및 기공 형성 입자를 포함하는 다공성 필름으로, 상기 다공성 필름은 라멜라(lamella)와 피브릴(fibrill)을 포함하는 구조를 가지고, 상기 다공성 필름의 내부에 위치한 기공의 평균 크기는 상기 다공성 필름의 표면에 위치한 기공의 평균 크기보다 크고,
상기 폴리에틸렌의 밀도는 0.95 g/cm3를 초과하며,
상기 다공성 필름의 표면은 상기 기공 형성 입자에 의해 형성된 제1 기공 및 상기 폴리에틸렌의 라멜라 간에 형성된 제2 기공을 포함하고, 제1 기공의 평균 크기는 제2 기공의 평균 크기보다 큰 다공성 필름. - 삭제
- 제1항에서, 상기 다공성 필름의 표면에 위치한 기공의 평균 크기에 대한 상기 다공성 필름의 내부에 위치한 기공의 평균 크기의 비율 (내부 기공의 평균 크기/표면 기공의 평균 크기)은 1.1 내지 20인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 다공성 필름의 내부에 위치한 기공의 단축의 평균 길이는 10 nm 내지 400 nm이고, 상기 다공성 필름의 표면에 위치한 기공의 단축의 평균 길이는 5 nm 내지 300 nm인다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 다공성 필름의 내부에 위치하는 라멜라의 평균 두께는 상기 다공성 필름의 표면에 위치하는 라멜라의 평균 두께보다 큰 다공성 필름.
- 제5항에서, 상기 다공성 필름의 내부에서의 라멜라의 두께는 20 nm 내지 500 nm이고, 상기 다공성 필름의 표면에서의 라멜라의 두께는 10 nm 내지 200 nm인 다공성 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서, 상기 제1 기공의 단축의 평균 길이는 상기 제2 기공의 단축의 평균 길이의 4배 내지 30배인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 제1 기공의 단축의 평균 길이는 50 nm 내지 250 nm이고, 상기 제2 기공의 단축의 평균 길이는 5 nm 내지 50 nm인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 폴리에틸렌의 결정화도는 17% 내지 96%인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 기공 형성 입자의 평균 입경은 5 nm 내지 300 nm인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 기공 형성 입자는 상기 다공성 필름의 전체 부피에 대하여 2.5 부피부 내지 40 부피부로 포함되는 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 기공 형성 입자는 알루미나, 실리카, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 마그네시아, 세리아, 산화아연, 산화철, 질화규소, 질화티탄, 질화 붕소, 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 티탄산바륨, 황산알루미늄, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 티탄산칼슘, 탈크, 규산칼슘, 규산마그네슘, 뵈마이트 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 무기 입자인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 기공 형성 입자는 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리메틸펜텐, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 실리콘 아크릴계 고무, 에틸렌-메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체, 폴리메틸렌옥사이드, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리아마이드, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리설폰, 폴리에틸설폰, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리아라미드, 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 변성체, 멜라민계 수지, 페놀계 수지, 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 유기 입자인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 기공 형성 입자는 친유성을 갖도록 표면 처리된 것인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항에서, 상기 다공성 필름의 통기도는 400 sec/100cc·㎛ 이하인 다공성 필름.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제6항 및 제8항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다공성 필름을 포함하는 분리막.
- 제17항에서, 상기 분리막은 상기 다공성 필름의 적어도 일면에 위치하는 기능층을 더 포함하는 분리막.
- 양극, 음극, 제17항의 분리막 및 전해질을 포함하는 전기 화학 전지.
- 제19항의 전기 화학 전지는 리튬 이차 전지인 전기 화학 전지.
