도 2는 인셀 방식의 터치패널이 구비된 종래의 액정표시장치에 적용되는 신호들의 파형을 나타낸 예시도.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 표시장치의 구성을 나타낸 예시도.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치에 적용되는 게이트 드라이버와 터치패널의 구성을 나타낸 예시도.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치에 적용되는 게이트 드라이버와 터치패널의 구성을 나타낸 또 다른 예시도.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치에 적용되는 게이트 드라이버로부터 출력되는 신호들을 나타낸 일실시예 타이밍도.

Claims (7)
- 게이트 펄스가 공급되는 게이트 라인들;
데이터 전압이 공급되는 데이터 라인들;
상기 게이트 라인들에 나란하고, 공통전극과 터치센서의 기능을 수행하는 제1터치전극들;
상기 게이트 라인들에 수직하고, 공통전극과 터치센서의 기능을 수행하는 제2터치전극들; 및
상기 게이트 라인들에 나란한 적어도 하나의 더미 게이트 라인을 포함하고,
상기 더미 게이트 라인은, 데이터 라인들 및 상기 제2터치전극들과 중첩되며,
적어도 하나의 상기 더미 게이트 라인으로는 상기 게이트 펄스의 파형과 반대되는 파형을 갖는 더미 게이트 펄스가 공급되는 액정표시패널. - 삭제
- 게이트 라인들, 데이터 라인들, 상기 게이트 라인들에 나란한 제1터치전극들, 상기 게이트 라인들에 수직한 제2터치전극들 및 상기 게이트 라인들에 나란한 적어도 하나의 더미 게이트 라인이 배치되어 있는 액정표시패널;
영상출력기간에는 상기 제1터치전극들 및 상기 제2터치전극들로 공통전압을 공급하며, 터치감지기간에는 상기 제1터치전극들 또는 상기 제2터치전극들로 순차적으로 터치구동신호를 공급하고, 상기 제2터치전극들 또는 상기 제1터치전극들로부터 수신되는 감지신호를 수신하여 터치유무를 판단하는 터치 센싱부; 및
상기 영상출력기간에, 상기 게이트 라인들로 게이트 펄스들을 순차적으로 출력하며, 상기 게이트 펄스들과 반대되는 파형을 갖는 더미 게이트 펄스들을, 상기 게이트 펄스들이 상기 게이트 라인들로 출력될 때마다, 상기 더미 게이트 라인으로 출력하는 게이트 드라이버를 포함하고,
상기 더미 게이트 라인은, 데이터 라인들 및 상기 제2터치전극들과 중첩되는 액정표시장치. - 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 더미 게이트 라인은, 상기 액정표시패널의 표시영역의 최외곽에 배치되거나, 또는, 상기 표시영역의 내부에 배치되는 액정표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 드라이버는,
상기 게이트 라인들로 상기 게이트 펄스들을 출력하는 스테이지들; 및
상기 더미 게이트 펄스를 출력하는 적어도 하나의 더미 스테이지를 포함하는 액정표시장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 더미 스테이지는, 상기 스테이지들로부터 출력된 상기 게이트 펄스들을 반전시켜, 상기 더미 게이트 펄스들을 생성하는 액정표시장치.
