- 식물체의 개화기를 단축시키는 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어지는 EFG1(Early flowering gene 1) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 EFG1 유전자는 벼에서 분리한 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 벡터. - 삭제
- 제1항의 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 식물체는 벼, 밀, 보리, 수수, 옥수수 및 기장으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체. - 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 유전자를 식물체에 과발현하는 단계를 포함하는, 식물체의 개화기를 단축시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유전자를 과발현시키는 방법은 프로모터에 상기 유전자를 작동 가능하게 연결한 재조합 벡터로 식물체를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 개화기를 단축시키는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 식물체는 벼, 밀, 보리, 수수, 옥수수 및 기장으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 개화기를 단축시키는 방법. - 삭제
