도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템의 조감도를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템의 전력 공급 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
Claims (6)
- 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템에 있어서,
초기 수전해 처리에 필요한 전력 및 예비 전력으로 활용하기 위한 태양광 에너지를 태양광 패널을 통해 획득하고, 햇빛을 차단하는 차양;
공급된 용수에 대한 수전해 처리를 태양광 에너지를 이용하여 수행하고, 수전해 처리를 통해 생성된 수소가스를 흡착제를 이용한 정제 및 저장을 거쳐 에너지 생성부에 공급하는 수전해부;
공급된 수소가스를 이용한 연료전지를 이용하는 방식으로 전기 에너지를 생성하는 에너지 생성부; 및
생성된 전기 에너지를 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템을 위한 동력으로 공급하는 에너지 저장부
를 포함하고,
수전해부는,
여과 및 정수된 용수가 공급되어 태양광 에너지를 이용한 수소 전기 분해를 통해 청정 수소가스를 발생시키는 수전해 처리부;
수전해 처리를 통해 생성된 수소가스의 압력을 조절하고, 공급하는 가스 제어부;
발생된 수소가스를 흡착제를 이용한 수소 정제 과정을 통해 고순도의 청정 수소가스로 변환하는 수소 정제부; 및
정제된 수소가스를 저장하는 수소 저장부를 포함하고,
공급되는 용수는 여과 및 정수 처리된 순수한 물로 정제하여 수전해 처리부로 공급되며, 공급된 용수를 전기화학적으로 분해하여 수소와 산소를 발생시키는 수전해 처리부를 통해 부산물로 산소만을 배출하며, 생성된 수소가스를 흡착제를 이용하여 정제함으로써 순도를 증가 시키고,
상기 에너지 저장부는 배터리 및 배터리 관리부를 포함하여 구성되고,
별도의 에너지 충전을 필요로 하지 않고, 전력 공급 없이도 상기 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템의 구동이 가능하도록 여분의 전기를 상기 배터리에 저장하고,
상기 태양광 패널에 의해 생성된 태양광 에너지는 상기 초기 수전해 처리에 필요한 전력 및 상기 예비 전력으로서 사용되고,
상기 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템은,
사용자가 탑승하는 의자부; 및
상기 사용자에 의한 상기 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템의 방향 전환을 위한 핸들부
를 더 포함하고,
상기 차양은 상기 의자부에 탑승한 상기 사용자에 대한 햇빛을 차단하도록 구성되고, 상기 태양광 패널은 상기 차양의 상면에 마련되고,
상기 수전해 처리부, 상기 가스 제어부, 상기 수소 정제부 및 상기 수소 저장부는 상기 의자부의 하부에 마련되고,
상기 배터리 및 상기 배터리 관리부를 포함하는 상기 에너지 저장부는 상기 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템의 상기 핸들부 측인 전측에 마련되고,
상기 연료전지는 상기 의자부와 상기 전측 사이의 공간으로서 상기 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템의 전륜과 후륜 사이의 공간에 마련되는, 에너지 자립형 수전해 연료전지 워터 카트 시스템. - 삭제
