Claims (11)
- 지지 기재의 적어도 일방에 표면층을 갖는 적층 필름으로서,
이하의 조건 1 내지 조건 5를 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 1: 최대 하중 0.5mN, 유지 시간 10초의 조건에 있어서의 미소 경도계를 사용한 부하-제하 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 두께 방향의 최대 변위량이 1.50㎛ 이상이며, 또한 상기 표면층의 두께 방향의 잔존 변위량이 1.30㎛ 이하;
조건 2: 강체 진자 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 100℃에 있어서의 상대 저장 탄성률이 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 상대 저장 탄성률보다 높다;
조건 3: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 150℃에 있어서의 크랙 신도가 50% 이상;
조건 4: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 파단 신도가 150% 이상;
조건 5: 변형량 150%에서의 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 탄성 복원율이 70% 이상. - 지지 기재의 적어도 일방에 표면층을 갖는 적층 필름으로서,
이하의 조건 1 내지 조건 3 및 조건 6을 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 1: 최대 하중 0.5mN, 유지 시간 10초의 조건에 있어서의 미소 경도계를 사용한 부하-제하 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 두께 방향의 최대 변위량이 1.50㎛ 이상이며, 또한 상기 표면층의 두께 방향의 잔존 변위량이 1.30㎛ 이하;
조건 2: 강체 진자 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 100℃에 있어서의 상대 저장 탄성률이 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 상대 저장 탄성률보다 높다;
조건 3: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 150℃에 있어서의 크랙 신도가 50% 이상;
조건 6: 상기 지지 기재의 팽윤도 지수가 0.01 이상. - 지지 기재의 적어도 일방에 표면층을 갖는 적층 필름으로서,
이하의 조건 1 내지 조건 3, 조건 7 및 조건 8을 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 1: 최대 하중 0.5mN, 유지 시간 10초의 조건에 있어서의 미소 경도계를 사용한 부하-제하 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 두께 방향의 최대 변위량이 1.50㎛ 이상이며, 또한 상기 표면층의 두께 방향의 잔존 변위량이 1.30㎛ 이하;
조건 2: 강체 진자 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 100℃에 있어서의 상대 저장 탄성률이 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 상대 저장 탄성률보다 높다;
조건 3: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 150℃에 있어서의 크랙 신도가 50% 이상;
조건 7: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 응력-변형 곡선에 항복점이 존재하지 않는다;
조건 8: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 단위 체적당 파괴 에너지가 500㎫ 이상. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 적층 필름에 있어서 이하의 조건 4 및 조건 5를 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 4: 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 파단 신도가 150% 이상;
조건 5: 변형량 150%에서의 인장 시험법에 있어서의 상기 표면층의 25℃에 있어서의 탄성 복원율이 70% 이상. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적층 필름에 있어서 이하의 조건 9 및 조건 10을 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 9: 상기 표면층에 포함되는 수지가 이하의 (1)~(3)을 포함한다;
(1) 폴리카보네이트 세그먼트;
(2) 우레탄 결합;
(3) 화학식(3)의 폴리실록산 세그먼트 및/또는 폴리디메틸실록산 세그먼트;
R2 및 R3은 각각 OH와 탄소수 1~8개의 알킬기 중 어느 하나이다; 폴리실록산 세그먼트는 OH 및 알킬기를 각각 적어도 1개 이상 갖는 것이다; n2는 100~300의 정수이다;
조건 10: 상기 표면층의 클로로포름 용해량이 3질량% 이상 20질량% 이하. - 지지 기재의 적어도 일방에 표면층을 갖는 적층 필름으로서,
중간층을 더 갖고,
지지 기재에 중간층 및 표면층이 이 순서로 접하고 있고, 또한 이하의 조건 1 내지 조건 3 및 조건 11을 만족시키는 적층 필름.

중간층을 더 갖고,
지지 기재에 중간층 및 표면층이 이 순서로 접하고 있고, 또한 이하의 조건 1 내지 조건 3 및 조건 12를 만족시키는 적층 필름.

지지 기재에 중간층 및 표면층이 이 순서로 접하고 있고, 또한 이하의 조건 11을 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 11: 상기 중간층의 유리 전이 온도가 60℃이상 130℃이하. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적층 필름에 있어서 중간층을 더 갖고,
지지 기재에 중간층 및 표면층이 이 순서로 접하고 있고, 또한 이하의 조건 12를 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 12: 상기 중간층의 두께가 0.1㎛ 이상 5㎛ 이하. - 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적층 필름에 있어서 이하의 조건 13을 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 13: 상기 표면층 및/또는 상기 중간층이 2종류 이상의 도료 조성물을 지지 기재 상에 차례대로 도포하고, 건조시키고, 경화함으로써 형성된 것이다. - 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적층 필름에 있어서 이하의 조건 14를 만족시키는 적층 필름.
조건 14: 상기 표면층 및/또는 상기 중간층이 2종류 이상의 도료 조성물을 지지 기재 상에 동시에 도포하고, 건조시키고, 경화함으로써 형성된 것이다.
