상기와 같이 내충격폼층이 형성된 점착테이프는 내충격성 및 재작업성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 방수 성능도 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- 기재층;
상기 기재층의 상부에 형성되는 제1점착층; 및
상기 기재층의 하부에 형성되는 제2점착층을 포함하고,
상기 제1점착층 및 상기 제2점착층은 각각 아크릴 수지 100 중량부, 미소중공구 0.3 내지 5 중량부, 경화제 0.1 내지 5 중량부 및 용매 90 내지 110 중량부를 포함하되, 상기 미소중공구는 실리카와 탄산칼슘의 중합 비율이 2:1이며, 상기 용매는 메틸에틸케톤이고,
상기 제1점착층의 외표면에는 엠보패턴이 형성되며, 상기 엠보패턴의 음각 깊이는 상기 제1점착층 두께의 40 내지 65%인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 내충격성 테이프.
- 삭제
- 기재층;
상기 기재층의 상부에 형성되는 미소중공구층; 및
상기 미소중공구층 양면에 형성되는 제3점착층을 포함하고,
상기 미소중공구층은,
우레탄 수지 100 중량부, 미소중공구 0.3 내지 5 중량부, 경화제 0.1 내지 5 중량부 및 용매 90 내지 110 중량부를 포함하되, 상기 우레탄 수지는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜 70 중량부, 이소포론다이이소시아네이트 20 내지 40 중량부를 중합하여 이루어지며, 중량평균 분자량은 105,000 내지 115,000이고, 상기 미소중공구는 실리카와 탄산칼슘의 중합 비율이 2:1이며,
상기 제3점착층은,
아크릴 수지 100 중량부, 경화제 0.1 내지 5 중량부 및 용매 90 내지 110 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 미소중공구층 및 상기 제3점착층에서 용매는 메틸에틸케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 내충격성 테이프.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 하부에 제4점착층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 내충격성 테이프.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 기재층은 30 내지 80 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되고, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름, 폴리에티렌비닐아세테이트 필름, 폴리에틸렌 필름, 폴리비닐클로라이드 필름 및 고무 필름으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 내충격성 테이프.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 수지는 노르말부틸아크릴레이트 50 중량부, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 35 내지 55 중량부 및 아크릴산 3 내지 7 중량부를 중합하여 이루어지며, 중량평균 분자량이 650,000 내지 750,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 내충격성 테이프.
