Abstract
즉 본 발명은 인덕티브센서에 의한 BLDC 모터의 제어를 통해 제어성능과, 내구성을 높이고, 감속기의 태양기어와 출력축을 연결하여 회전력을 전달하기 위한 다단 치형의 전달수단을 도입하여 태양기어의 편심회전으로부터 기인하는 부하를 감소시켜 기어전달효율을 높일 수 있는 SBW 구동 액추에이터를 제안하고자 한다.

Claims (4)
- 제1 하우징(10);
보빈(21)과, 상기 보빈(21)에 권선된 코일(23)로 구성되어 상기 제1 하우징(10) 내에 배치되는 고정자(20);
회전자코어(31)와, 상기 회전자코어(31)와 연결되고, 일단에 편심부(35a)가 구비된 회전축(35)으로 구성되어 상기 고정자(20) 내측에 배치되는 회전자(30);
상기 회전축(35)의 타단에 연결되는 메탈 타켓(전도성 커플러)(41)과, 상기 제1 하우징(10)에 배치되고, 상기 메탈 타켓(전도성 커플러)(41)의 대향하는 위치에 배치되는 발진부와 수신부를 갖는 센서플레이트(43)로 구성되는 인덕티브센서(40);
상기 회전축(35)의 편심부(35a)에 연결되어 편심 회전하는 태양기어(51)와, 상기 태양기어(51)와 내접하는 링기어(53)와, 상기 태양기어(51)에 연결되는 출력축(55)과, 상기 출력축(55)과 상기 태양기어(51)에 형성되어 상기 출력축(55)에 회전력을 전달하기 위한 다단 치형의 전달수단(57)으로 구성되는 감속기(50); 및
상기 감속기(50)가 배치되는 제2 하우징(60);을 포함하고,
상기 전달수단(57)은 상기 태양기어(51)의 외부 치형에 대하여 내측으로 단턱을 이루는 외치형(57a)과, 상기 출력축(55)에 연결되는 플랜지부(55a)와, 상기 플랜지부(55a)의 외주에 형성되어 상기 외치형(57a)과 내접하는 내치형(57b)을 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 태양기어의 원판부에는 상기 플랜지부(55a)의 내측부와 맞닿는 접촉면부(57c)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW 구동 액추에이터.
