In addition, volcanic pine is a porous structure of volcanic rocks that are generated during the eruption of gas and lava when a volcano erupts. It has a rich mineral composition, excellent absorption, antibacterial properties, and does not irritate the skin. It is a mineral that exhibits 92% far-infrared radiation even if it is not added, so it has a very good far-infrared radiation effect.

Far-infrared rays radiated from the above mineral materials are harmless to the human body and are non-toxic, so by mixing them with various herbal ingredients to increase the efficacy of medicinal properties, you can see effects such as pain relief within a short time, and improve the lifespan of the product, resulting in economic benefits. There is this.

In general, the radiation distance of products marketed as far-infrared rays is up to 8cm, whereas the far-infrared emissivity of the mineral raw material according to the present invention is 0.930um, and the radiation distance is 62-89cm, compared to products of the same type of far-infrared rays and bands. Is excellent.

The emissivity and radiation distance of such far-infrared rays have a great influence on maintaining the rapid efficacy and continuity of the treatment.

Therefore, the patch according to the present invention can have a high radiation distance of 10 cm or more on average even if only about 10 to 20% of the far-infrared ray raw material used for the conventional far-infrared ray parse is added, so that a relatively small amount of the far-infrared ray raw material is applied for rapid treatment. Since the effect can be obtained, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In addition, as the herbal raw materials, raw materials that help relieve pain or wound healing are applied, and specific examples include gardenia, yellow white, and the like, but the herbal raw materials are not limited thereto, and various raw materials can be used.

In addition, the gel pad part 20 is disposed on one surface of the base part 10 and has a relatively large area compared to the base, and comes into contact with the user's skin.

The gel pad part 20 is composed of 0.1 to 10% by weight of carrageenan, 0 to 10% by weight of polyhydric alcohol, 0.005 to 2% by weight of preservative, and the balance of water.

The carrageenan contained in the gel pad part 20 is a natural seaweed product and is asepticly made of a water-soluble material, so that there is no allergic reaction.

Carrageenan is used as a gelling agent in the present invention, and is a natural high molecular material produced from red algae's hair and stone agar.

Carrageenan is a complex polysaccharide extracted from red algae growing in clean waters, and is used as a dispersant, emulsion stabilizer, swelling agent, thickener, binder, dietary fiber, anti-crystallizing agent and gelling agent in food applications.

In general, carrageenan is an anionic polymer with a sulfuric acid group that exhibits strong hydrophilicity, and depending on the content and position of the sulfuric acid group, carrageenan is kappa-(kappa-,κ-), lambda-(lambda-,λ-), and iota-(iota-,ι). -), Mu-(mu-, μ-)-furcellaran (-furcellaran) type, it is commercialized in a single or mixed form. Usually, three types of carrageenan of kappa-, lambda-, and iota-type are mainly used.

One of the characteristics of these carrageenans is that they are easily gelled by cations and have excellent film-forming ability.

Particularly, the carrageenan used in the present invention is preferably kappa-carrageenan, which gels best among the three types of carrageenan.

In particular, in the present invention, carrageenan, etc., are dissolved in water at 70 ~ 90 ℃, poured into a mold, that is, a tray, and then a gel pad by physical crosslinking, not chemical synthesis, using the properties of carrageenan that becomes a gel at a temperature of 40 ℃ or less. By manufacturing the part 20, problems that may cause allergic reactions or contact dermatitis upon skin contact can be improved.

That is, side effects such as skin rash and allergies may occur when the existing parse or band is attached for a long time, but the patch according to the present invention has adhesion density while minimizing the occurrence of skin rash by applying the gel pad part 20 using carrageenan. There is an effect that can increase.

In addition, the polyhydric alcohol is used to prevent water evaporation of the gel pad part 20 and to make the gel pad part 20 flexible, and the molecular weight of the polyhydric alcohol is preferably 200 to 8000.

In the case of having a molecular weight of more than the above range, compatibility with other constituents is inferior, making it difficult to manufacture a uniform gel pad portion 20.

In addition, if the content of the polyhydric alcohol exceeds 10% by weight of the total aqueous solution, since gel strength suitable for use cannot be obtained, it is preferably added in an amount of 10% by weight or less.

And as the polyhydric alcohol usable in the gel pad part 20, specifically, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, hexylene glycol, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, sorbitol, mannitol, and these are suitably used. A mixed mixture or the like may be used, and among them, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, or glycerin is particularly preferable as a water-soluble compound that is harmless to the human body and has excellent biocompatibility.

In particular, the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol is preferably 300 to 600. Polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight higher than that is difficult to prepare a uniform gel due to poor compatibility with materials when mixed with other polymers in a solid state.

In addition, the preservative is characterized in that it is selected from the group consisting of 1,2hexanediol, caprylyl glycol, and mixtures thereof.

The 1,2 hexanediol and caprylyl glycol are safe grade preservatives, and have the effect of maintaining skin moisturization as well as preserving roles.

And the mixed concentration of the carrageenan and polyhydric alcohol is preferably 3 to 40% by weight based on water.

In addition, on one surface of the gel pad part 20, an adhesive part 30 made of a relatively larger area than the gel pad part 20 and coated with an adhesive is attached thereto.

Since the adhesive part 30 is disposed on the outermost side, it effectively protects the gel pad part 20 from external friction to prevent breakage and performance degradation.

The bonding portion 30 is composed of cotton yarn containing pozzolan and sunggit components, having breathability and elasticity, and coated with an adhesive.

Sunggit contained in the adhesive part 30 is a type of graphite and can improve immune function, relieve fascia pain caused by excessive exercise, and promote metabolism.

In addition, pozzolan is a mineral that generates natural negative ions, and functions to promote blood circulation, suppress skin inflammation, recover muscle fatigue, and sterilize.

The bonding part 30 is provided with a pair of cutouts C formed by cutting by a predetermined width, and the pair of cutouts C is formed at positions corresponding to each other.

In addition, the cutout portion C may be formed in the gel pad portion 20 as well as the adhesive portion 30.

Therefore, the patch 1 for skin adhesion according to the present invention is configured to be folded through the incision C when attached to a curved portion, so that even when attached to a joint, it adheres excellently without lifting, so that attachment is easy.

In addition, a plurality of auxiliary attachment portions 31 made of protrusions extending from the edge of the bonding portion 30 may be further provided on the edge side of the bonding portion 30.

The plurality of auxiliary adhesive portions 31 are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and have elasticity, thereby facilitating adhesion to the affected area formed of a curved surface.

The adhesion part 30, together with the base part 10, functions as a cell activation function to treat the affected area, while responding to the surface curvature of the body through a plurality of auxiliary attachment parts 31, the adhesive part 30 is in close contact without lifting and is more stable. Has adhesion.

In addition, a thermally conductive material may be coated or attached to one surface of the adhesive part 30.

Here, the thermally conductive material may include any one or more selected from metal, carbon, and carbon nanotubes, and as the thermally conductive material is coated or attached, the function of maintaining heat for a long time during thermal treatment through an infrared treatment device or a steamer. can do.

In addition, a heating element for generating oxidizing heat by contact with air may be attached to one surface of the adhesive part 30, wherein the heating element may include iron powder, activated carbon, saline solution, and loess.

When the protective packaging of the skin-adhesive patch is removed and the heating element is brought into contact with the air, the heating function is performed due to the oxidation reaction, so that the effect of the thermal poultice treatment on the pain area can be achieved.

In addition, the shape of the patch according to the present invention is not limited and various modifications may be made. As shown in FIG. 4, the first modified example is a perforation line (D) capable of selectively cutting the cutout portion (C). ) May be further included.

The perforated line D may be formed to be formed on the adhesive portion 30 or formed on the gel pad portion 20 and the adhesive portion 30.

The first modified example according to the present invention is suitable for use on a flat area unless the incision is made along the perforation line (D), and when the incision is formed along the perforation line (D), a curved portion such as a joint Since it is suitable for use in, it is possible to selectively form an incision (C) according to the area to be attached.

In addition, in the second modified example, which is another modified example, the shapes of the base part 10 and the gel pad part 20 may be modified.

As shown in Figure 1, the base portion 10 and the gel pad portion 20 may be formed in a square shape, but as shown in Figure 5, the base portion 10 and the gel pad portion 20 to facilitate joint attachment.
