Claims (6)
- 비드 코어의 외주를 따라 고리 형상으로 부착되는 띠 형상의 필러의 양 단면(端面)의 접속상태를 검사하는 필러의 접속부 검사방법에 있어서,
상기 필러의 측면에서 상기 양 단면을 포함하는 영역을 상기 필러의 접선방향을 따라 소정의 주사범위에 걸쳐, 상기 필러의 직경방향으로 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 광학센서에 의해 주사하되, 상기 필러의 직경방향의 복수의 영역으로 나누어 동시에 수행되어, 상기 광학센서와 상기 필러의 측면 사이의 거리 데이터를 취득하는 공정;
상기 광학센서의 위치를 상기 필러의 직경방향을 따라 변경하면서 상기 데이터를 취득하는 공정을 반복하는 공정; 및
상기 취득된 데이터와 미리 설정된 기준데이터를 비교하는 공정;을 포함하며,
상기 비교하는 공정은, 상기 필러의 접선방향에 대해서 상기 주사범위의 중앙부에서 취득된 데이터만을 상기 미리 설정된 기준데이터와 비교하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 데이터를 취득하는 공정과, 상기 반복하는 공정과, 상기 비교하는 공정은, 상기 필러의 양 측면에 대하여 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
필러의 접속부 검사방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필러의 양 단면은 상기 필러의 두께방향에 대하여 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는,
필러의 접속부 검사방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필러의 양 단면은 상기 필러의 두께방향에 대하여 평행으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
필러의 접속부 검사방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필러의 양 측면에 대하여 취득된 데이터로부터 상기 필러의 양 단면을 포함하는 영역에서의 단면형상(斷面形狀)을 도출하는 공정과,
상기 도출된 단면형상과 미리 설정된 기준형상을 비교하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
필러의 접속부 검사방법. - 삭제
