Claims (20)
- 평판 도파관의 테두리측 절단면에 2 내지 10㎛의 두께로, 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.7 내지 1.0 의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)를 가지는 차광막이 형성되어 있는 도파관으로서,
상기 차광막의 두께가 2 내지 5㎛이면, 상기 차광막의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)는 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.80 내지 1.0 이고,
상기 차광막의 두께가 5 내지 10㎛이면, 상기 차광막의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)는 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.70 내지 0.90 이고,
상기 차광막은 블랙 잉크 안료, 에폭시 수지, 옥세탄 수지, 광중합 개시제 및 끓는점이 190℃ 내지 280℃인 용매를 포함하고,
상기 블랙 잉크 안료의 함량은 상기 차광막의 총 중량에 대하여 10 내지 25 중량%인 도파관. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 블랙 잉크 안료는 카본 블랙, 흑연, 금속 산화물 및 유기블랙 안료로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관. - 삭제

상기 차광막은 도파관의 절단면의 옆면 및 테두리에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관. - a) 경화형 잉크 조성물을 사용하여, 평판 도파관의 테두리측 절단면에 2 내지 10㎛의 두께로 차광막 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 차광막 코팅층을 경화하여 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.7 내지 1.0 의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)를 가지는 차광막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 도파관의 제조방법으로서,
상기 차광막의 두께가 2 내지 5㎛이면, 상기 차광막의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)는 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.8 내지 1.0 이고,
상기 차광막의 두께가 5 내지 10㎛이면, 상기 차광막의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)는 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.7 내지 0.9 이고,
상기 차광막은 블랙 잉크 안료, 에폭시 수지, 옥세탄 수지, 광중합 개시제 및 끓는점이 190℃ 내지 280℃인 용매를 포함하며,
상기 블랙 잉크 안료의 함량은 상기 차광막의 총 중량에 대하여 10 내지 25 중량%인, 도파관의 제조방법. - 삭제
