Description
도 2는 세포-유리 시스템에서 종이 위에 벡터와 NEB solution을 반응시킨 결과이다.
도 3은 MERS-CoV 진단을 위한 후보 부위이다.
도 4는 실시예 2에서 사용한 pBIC-A 벡터에 리보조절인자를 삽입한 경우를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 5는 실시예 3에서 MERS-CoV 리보조절인자의 후보 스크리닝에서 나타난 RNA 포름알데히드 겔 전기영동의 결과이다.
도 6은 실시예 3에서 MERS-CoV upE, orf1a, orf1b, N 그리고 RdRp trigger RNA 발현테스트의 결과이다.
도 7은 실시예 5의 MERS-CoV 리보조절인자와 MERS-CoV upE RNA 반응 후 나타난 형광량을 측정한 결과이다.

- 중동호흡기증후군 바이러스(Middle East respiratory syndrome virus, MERS virus) 특이적인 RNA를 인식할 수 있는 서열 1 내지 5 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 것인 리보조절인자

- 청구항 제1항의 리보조절인자를 발현할 수 있는 벡터
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 리보조절인자는 검출가능한 리포터 유전자를 추가로 포함하는 것인 벡터
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리포터 유전자는 eGFP, mNeonGreen, Ypet, SYFP, mScarlet-i, mCherry, luciferase 또는 lacZ에서 선택되는 것인 벡터
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 pET21a, pET32a, pGEM, pBT7 또는 pBIC-A를 포함하는 것인 벡터
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 리보조절인자는 EcoRV, NruI, HindIII, BamHI 또는 Eco-R1 제한효소 위치에 클로닝되는 것인 벡터
- 청구항 제4항의 벡터를 포함하는 중동호흡기증후군 바이러스 검출 또는 진단용 조성물
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중동호흡기증후군 바이러스 진단은 세포외에서 반응하여 수행하는 것인 조성물

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중동호흡기증후군 바이러스 진단은 형광 측정, 발광 측정, 컬러 측정 또는 눈으로 직접 확인가능한 것인 조성물
- 청구항 제4항의 벡터를 사용하여 중동호흡기증후군 바이러스를 포함하는 검체에서 바이러스의 존재유무에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방법
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 검체는 객담, 폐포세척액, 분변, 소변 및 혈액 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 방법
