Claims (15)
- 릴레이(relay)로서,
자기 코어(6)를 갖는 자석 전기자(magnet armature)(5), 하우징(11) 및 영구 자석(15)의 자기장을 검출하기 위한 자기 센서(magnetic sensor)(13)를 포함하고, 상기 자석 전기자(5)에 자석 전기자(5)의 위치를 검출하기 위한 상기 영구 자석(15)이 고정되어 있고,
상기 하우징(11) 내에 상기 자석 전기자(5) 및 상기 영구 자석(15)이 배치되어 있고,
상기 하우징(11)은 밀봉형으로 폐쇄되어 가스(12)로 채워지고,
상기 자기 센서(13)가 상기 하우징(11) 외부에 배치되고, 상기 하우징과 고정 연결되고,
상기 영구 자석(15)이 링 자석으로서 형성되어 개구를 가지고,
상기 릴레이는, 상기 가스(12)로 상기 하우징을 채우는 배기관(19)을 포함하고,
상기 배기관(19)은, 상기 영구 자석(15)의 제1 위치에서 상기 영구 자석(15)의 상기 개구(17)로 적어도 일시적으로 연장되는
