Claims (10)
- (메타)아크릴계 수지;
고무탄성체; 및
위상차 조절제를 포함하고,
파장 550nm에서 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 면 방향 위상차가 10nm 내지 70nm이고, 하기 식 (2)로 표시되는 두께 방향 위상차가 20nm 내지 140nm이며,
충격 에너지 값이 400 kN·m/m3 이상이고,
+B 위상차 특성을 나타내는 광학 필름:
식 (1): Re = (nx-ny) x d
식 (2): Rth = (nz-ny) x d
상기 식 (1) 및 (2)에 있어서, Re은 면 방향 위상차이고, Rth는 두께 방향 위상차이며, d는 필름 두께이고, nx, ny 및 nz는 각각 파장 550nm에서 측정된 x 방향 굴절율, y 방향 굴절율 및 z 방향 굴절율이다. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름은 광학 필름 총 중량을 기준으로
(메타)아크릴계 수지 45 중량% 내지 95 중량%;
고무탄성체 2 중량% 내지 30 중량%; 및
위상차 조절제 2 중량% 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 것인 광학 필름. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름은 이축 연신된 것인 광학 필름. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 연신은 폭방향(TD) 연신 배율/기계방향(MD) 연신 배율이 2 이상인 것인 광학 필름. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름은 편광자 보호 필름인 것인 광학 필름. - 수지 조성물을 이용하여 필름 형태로 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 필름을 이축 연신하는 단계를 포함하는 광학 필름 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 연신하는 단계는 기계방향(MD)으로 1.2배 내지 2배, 폭방향(TD)으로 2.4배 내지 5배 조건으로 연신되고,
상기 폭방향(TD) 연신 배율/기계방향(MD) 연신 배율은 2 이상인 것인 광학 필름의 제조방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은 수지 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로
(메타)아크릴계 수지 45 중량% 내지 95 중량%;
고무탄성체 2 중량% 내지 30 중량%; 및
위상차 조절제 2 중량% 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 것인 광학 필름의 제조방법. - 편광자; 및
상기 편광자의 적어도 일면에 구비된 청구항 1 및 3 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학 필름을 포함하는 편광판. - 표시 패널; 및
상기 표시 패널의 일면 또는 양면에 부착되어 있는 청구항 9에 따른 편광판을 포함하는 화상표시장치.
