Abstract
본 발명의 수지 발포체 시트는, 겉보기 밀도가 0.03∼0.30g/cm3, 50% 압축 시의 압축 응력이 5.0N/cm2 이하, 두께가 0.05mm 이상 0.40mm 이하, 길이가 5m 이상, 폭이 300mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 수지 발포체 시트의 하기 식 (1)에 의해 구해지는 값은 25% 이하인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (3)
- 폴리올레핀계 수지를 함유하고, 또한 고무 및/또는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 함유량이 0중량% 초과 70중량% 이하인 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 발포시키고, 추가로 표면을 가열 용융 처리하는 것에 의해 형성되는 수지 발포체 시트로서,
겉보기 밀도가 0.03∼0.30g/cm3, 50% 압축 시의 압축 응력이 5.0N/cm2 이하, 두께가 0.05mm 이상 0.40mm 이하, 길이가 5m 이상, 폭이 300mm 이상이고,
하기 식 (1)에 의해 구해지는 값이 25% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 발포체 시트.

두께 공차: 길이 방향의 1점에서 한쪽 단부로부터 다른 쪽 단부까지 폭 방향 10mm마다 두께를 측정하고, 추가로 상기 길이 방향의 1점으로부터 길이 방향으로 1m 이동한 점에서 한쪽 단부로부터 다른 쪽 단부까지 폭 방향 10mm마다 두께를 측정하여 얻어진 모든 측정값의 최대값과 최소값의 차를 말한다.
두께의 중심값: 길이 방향의 1점에서 한쪽 단부로부터 다른 쪽 단부까지 폭 방향 10mm마다 두께를 측정하고, 추가로 상기 길이 방향의 1점으로부터 길이 방향으로 1m 이동한 점에서 한쪽 단부로부터 다른 쪽 단부까지 폭 방향 10mm마다 두께를 측정하여 얻어진 모든 측정값을 작은 순서대로 정렬했을 때 중앙에 위치하는 값을 말한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
적어도 한쪽 면에 하기 식 (2)로 정의되는 표면 피복률이 40% 이상인 수지 발포체 시트.
표면 피복률(%) = [(표면의 면적)-(표면에 존재하는 구멍의 면적)]/(표면의 면적)×100 (2) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 수지 발포체 시트의 적어도 한쪽 면측에 점착제 층을 갖는 수지 발포 복합체.
