Claims (12)
- 인가 전압에 의해 투명 상태와 불투명 상태를 전환 가능한 조광층과, 투명 도전 재료에 의해 형성된 제1 전극과, 상기 조광층을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 전극과 대향하여 배치되고, 투명 도전 재료에 의해 형성된 제2 전극을 포함하는 조광 시트와,
상기 조광 시트의 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극에 전압을 인가하는 구동 회로
를 구비하고,
최대 투과율이 먼셀 명도의 100%에 상당하는 것으로 하고,
상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극에 전압을 인가하는 급전부에 가장 가까운 영역에 있어서 먼셀 명도의 90%에 상당하는 투과율이 얻어지는 전압을 인가했을 때에, 상기 급전부로부터 가장 이격된 영역에 있어서 먼셀 명도의 50%에 상당하는 투과율보다도 높은 투과율이 얻어지고,
상기 조광 시트는, 상기 제1 전극과 전기적으로 접속하고, 상기 제1 전극보다도 전기적 저항이 낮은 재료에 의해 형성된 제1 배선과, 상기 제2 전극과 전기적으로 접속하고, 상기 제2 전극보다도 전기적 저항이 낮은 재료에 의해 형성된 제2 배선을 포함하고,

복수의 상기 제2 배선의 각각은, 상기 제2 방향으로 배열한 복수의 상기 제2 전극의 열 사이에 있어서, 상기 제2 방향으로 연장되어 배치되어 있는, 조광 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서, 복수의 상기 제1 전극을 지지하는 제1 기재와,
복수의 상기 제2 전극을 지지하는 제2 기재를 더 구비하고,
복수의 상기 제1 배선 각각은, 상기 제1 기재를 사이에 두고 상기 제1 방향으로 배열한 복수의 상기 제1 전극의 행과 대향하여 배치되고, 상기 제1 기재에 형성된 스루홀을 통하여 대향하는 복수의 상기 제1 전극과 전기적으로 접속하고,
복수의 상기 제2 배선 각각은, 상기 제2 기재를 사이에 두고 상기 제2 방향으로 배열한 복수의 상기 제2 전극의 열과 대향하여 배치되고, 상기 제2 기재에 형성된 스루홀을 통하여 대향하는 복수의 상기 제2 전극과 전기적으로 접속하고 있는, 조광 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배선 및 상기 제2 배선의 폭은 20㎛ 이하인, 조광 모듈.
- 제1항 및 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조광층은, 고분자 분산형 액정, 혹은 고분자 네트워크형 액정에 의해 구성되는, 조광 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배선 및 상기 제2 배선은 구리 배선을 포함하는, 조광 모듈.
- 제1항, 제4항 내지 제7항 및 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 회로로 공급하는 전력을 축적하는 축전지와,
상기 축전지로 충전 전류를 공급하는 태양 전지를 더 구비한, 조광 모듈. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조광 시트를 지지하는 투명 기재를 더 구비하고,
상기 태양 전지는 상기 투명 기재 상에 배치되고, 투명 또는 반투명한, 조광 모듈. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조광 시트를 지지하는 투명 기재와,
상기 조광 시트 및 상기 투명 기재의 주위를 보유 지지하는 프레임체를 더 구비하고,
상기 태양 전지는 상기 프레임체 상에 배치되어 있는, 조광 모듈.
