Abstract
본 발명은 제직성이 양호하면서도 볼륨감이 우수하기 때문에 이로 제조된 직물형 패딩원단에 부동공기층을 만들어 보온성을 크게 향상시켜 준다.
또한, 본 발명은 열수축율이 낮아서 이로 제조된 직물형 패딩원단이 염색/가공 공정 중에 가해지는 열이나 장력에 의해 수축되는 것을 최소화 시켜준다.

Claims (4)
- 열가소성 멀티필라멘트인 심사와 초사가 물리적으로 결속된 구조이며, 상기 심사의 열수축율이 초사의 열수축율 보다 5~37% 높고, 충진섬유 내 초사의 함량이 55~75중량%이고, 충진섬유의 열수축율이 3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 제직성 및 불륨감이 우수한 직물형 패딩원단용 충진섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 심사의 단사섬도 3~20데니어이고 초사의 단사섬도가 1~10데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 제직성 및 불륨감이 우수한 직물형 패딩원단용 충진섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초사는 열수축성이 서로 다른 2종 이상의 폴리머들이 섬유길이방향을 따라 접합되어 나선형 크림프(Spiral crimp) 형성능을 구비하는 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 제직성 및 불륨감이 우수한 직물형 패딩원단용 충진섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 심사와 초사는 공기교락, 커버링 및 꼬임 중에서 선택된 1개 이상의 결속수단에 의해 물리적으로 결속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제직성 및 불륨감이 우수한 직물형 패딩원단용 충진섬유.
