Claims (20)
- 폴리티오에터, 폴리티올, 황-함유 폴리포말 및 이들의 임의의 조합에서 선택되는 황-함유 예비중합체; 및
열가소성 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 입자를 포함하는 충전제
를 포함하고, 비중이 1.1 내지 1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
황-함유 예비중합체가 티올-종결된 폴리티오에터, 티올-종결된 폴리티올, 티올-종결된 황-함유 폴리포말 및 이들의 임의의 조합에서 선택되는 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
황-함유 예비중합체가 티올-종결된 폴리티오에터 예비중합체를 포함하는 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
황-함유 예비중합체가 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 포함하는 백본을 포함하는 티올-종결된 폴리티오에터를 포함하는 조성물:

폴리에폭시 경화제를 포함하는 조성물. - 제 13 항의 조성물로 제조된 경화 밀봉제.
- 제 13 항의 조성물을 하나 이상의 표면에 적용하는 단계; 및
상기 조성물을 경화하여 하나 이상의 표면을 밀봉하는 단계
를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 표면의 밀봉 방법. - (a) 티올-종결된 황-함유 예비중합체;
(b) 열가소성 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 입자 포함하는 충전제;
(c) 무기 충전제; 및
(d) 노볼락 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 A/에피클로로하이드린 유도된 에폭시 수지 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 폴리에폭시 경화제
를 포함하고, 비중이 1.1 내지 1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
충전제가 조성물의 총 중량에 기초하여 5 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 열가소성 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 입자 및 0 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 무기 충전제를 포함하는 조성물. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
밀봉제로서 배합된 조성물. - 제 17 항의 조성물로 제조된 경화된 밀봉제.
