하나 이상의 전극 및 하나 이상의 분리막이 교대로 적층된 전극 적층체로서, 상기 전극과 분리막 사이에는 접착층이 형성되어 있고, 상기 접착층은, 전해액 통로를 구성하는 제 1 바인더; 및 상기 제 1 바인더의 입자들, 또는 제 1 바인더와 전극 및 분리막을 결착시키기 위한 제 2 바인더;를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (19)
- 삭제
- 하나 이상의 전극 및 하나 이상의 분리막이 교대로 적층된 전극 적층체로서,
상기 전극과 분리막 사이에는 접착층이 형성되어 있고,
상기 접착층은,
전해액 통로를 구성하는 제 1 바인더; 및
상기 제 1 바인더의 입자들, 또는 제 1 바인더와 전극 및 분리막을 결착시키기 위한 제 2 바인더;
를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 바인더는 상온 내지 50℃의 온도 범위에서 400Mpa 이하의 전단 저장 모듈러스(modulus)를 갖고,
상기 접착층의 도포량은 0.1 g/m2 내지 0.5 g/m2이며,
상기 접착층은 제 2 바인더가 매트릭스이고 제 1 바인더가 필러인 형상의 매트릭스-필러 구조이고,
상기 전극과 분리막의 결합은 고온 가압의 압연에 의해 상기 접착층이 전극 내 공극(pore)으로 앵커링(anchoring)되면서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 형성을 위한 혼합물 상태에서, 제 1 바인더는 유리전이온도(Tg)가 35℃ 이상인 바인더 입자들이 용매에 분산되어 있는 형태로 존재하고, 상기 제 2 바인더는 유리전이온도(Tg)가 15℃ 이하인 바인더 입자들이 용매에 용해된 형태 또는 용매에 분산되어 있는 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 아세톤, NMP(N-메틸 피롤리돈), 또는 수계 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 형성을 위한 혼합물 상태에서, 상기 제 1 바인더와 제 2 바인더의 총 함량은 혼합물 전체 중량을 기준으로 3 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더는 상온 내지 40℃의 온도 범위에서 0.1MPa 내지 400MPa의 전단 저장 모듈러스(modulus)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더 및 제 2 바인더는, 서로 독립적으로, 폴리불화비닐리덴, 폴리비닐알코올, 카르복시메틸셀룰로우즈(CMC), 전분, 히드록시프로필셀룰로우즈, 재생 셀룰로우즈, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 테르 폴리머(EPDM), 술폰화 EPDM, 스티렌 브티렌 고무(SBR), 불소 고무, 및 아크릴계 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더와 제 2 바인더는 동종(同種) 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더와 제 2 바인더는 수평균 분자량이 서로 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더와 상기 제 2 바인더는 서로 이종(異種)의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더와 제 2 바인더의 함량비는 중량을 기준으로 98 : 2 내지 80 : 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 두께는 0.2 ㎛ 내지 1.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.

- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압연은 40℃ 내지 80℃에서 5MPa내지 200MPa로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 적층체.
