Abstract

Claims (18)
- 다중-파트 자가-밀봉(self-sealing) 수분 경화 실리콘 실란트 조성물로서,
(i) 분자당 적어도 1개, 또는 적어도 2개의 하이드록실 작용기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 축합 경화성 실릴 말단화된 중합체;
(ii) 하기의 군으로부터 선택되는 가교결합제
분자 기당 적어도 2개의 가수분해성 기, 또는 적어도 3개의 가수분해성 기를 갖는 실란; 및/또는
적어도 2개의 실릴 기를 가지며, 각각의 실릴 기는 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 기를 함유하는, 실릴 작용성 분자;
및
(iii) 티타네이트 및/또는 지르코네이트의 군으로부터 선택되는 축합 촉매를 포함하고,
충전제를 추가로 포함하며;
여기서 (i), (ii) 및 (iii)은 단일 파트에 함께 저장되지 않으며,
총 규소-결합된 하이드록실 기 대 총 가수분해성 기의 몰비가 실란 함유 가교결합제를 사용하는 경우 0.5:1 내지 2:1이거나 또는 실릴 작용성 분자 함유 가교결합제를 사용하는 경우 0.5:1 내지 10:1이고, 촉매 M-OR 작용기 대 ISO 787-2:1981에 따라 결정된 바와 같은 상기 조성물에 존재하는 수분과 총 규소-결합된 하이드록실 기의 합계의 몰비가 0.01:1 내지 0.6:1이며, 여기서 M은 티타늄 또는 지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중-파트 자가-밀봉 수분 경화 실리콘 실란트 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 23℃에서 혼합될 때의 상기 중합체(i)와 상기 가교결합제(ii) 점도는 적어도 40,000 mPa.s인, 다중-파트 자가-밀봉 수분 경화 실리콘 실란트 조성물.
