Abstract

Description
Claims (16)
- 황 함유 화합물을 포함하는 탄화수소에서 황화수소를 스캐빈징하기 위한 황화수소 스캐빈징 첨가제 조성물로서, 상기 첨가제 조성물은 적어도
(a) 글리옥살; 및
(b) 적어도 하나의 지방족 3급 아민 또는 적어도 하나의 지방족 3급 아민의 산화물 처리된 유도체, 또는 이들의 혼합물
의 조합을 포함하며,
여기서 상기 지방족 3급 아민 및 이의 산화물 처리된 유도체는
(i) 트리-이소프로판올아민(TIPA);
(ii) N,N,N',N'-테트라키스(2-히드록시에틸)에틸렌-디아민(THEED);
(iii) N,N,N',N' 테트라키스(2-히드록시프로필)에틸렌-디아민;
(iv) 트리-이소프로판올아민의 에틸렌 옥사이드(EO) 유도체(EO-TIPA);
(v) 트리-이소프로판올아민의 프로필렌 옥사이드(PO) 유도체(PO-TIPA);
(vi) 트리에탄올아민의 에틸렌 옥사이드(EO) 유도체(EO-TEA);
(vii) 트리에탄올아민의 프로필렌 옥사이드(PO) 유도체(PO-TEA); 및
(viii) 이들의 혼합물
를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되며,
여기서 상기 조성물은
i) 트리에탄올아민(TEA);
ii) 모노에탄올아민(MEA);
iii) 디에탄올아민(DEA); 및
iv) 테트라에틸렌펜타아민(TEPA)
를 포함하지 않는, 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탄화수소는 저장 탱크, 용기 및 파이프 라인에 함유된 원유, 연료유, 사워 가스(sour gas), 아스팔트 및 정제된 생성물을 포함하는 탄화수소 스트림을 포함하는 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
황 함유 화합물은 황화수소, 메르캅탄, 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 첨가제 조성물.
- 조성물로서,
상기 조성물은
(a) 저장 탱크, 용기 및 파이프 라인에 함유된 원유, 연료유, 사워 가스(sour gas), 아스팔트 및 정제된 생성물을 포함하는 탄화수소 스트림을 포함하는 탄화수소; 및
(b) 황 함유 화합물을 포함하는 탄화수소에서 황화수소를 스캐빈징하기 위한 황화수소 스캐빈징 첨가제 조성물
을 포함하며,
여기서 상기 황화수소 스캐빈징 첨가제 조성물은 적어도
(A) 글리옥살; 및
(B) 적어도 하나의 지방족 3급 아민 또는 이의 산화물 처리된 유도체, 또는 지방족 3급 아민과 이의 산화물 처리된 유도체의 혼합물
의 조합을 포함하며;
여기서 상기 지방족 3급 아민 또는 이의 산화물 처리된 유도체는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은, 조성물.
- 황 함유 화합물을 포함하는 탄화수소에서 황화수소를 스캐빈징하기 위한 방법으로서,
