Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 동결건조 제형의 보관 안정성을 확인하기 위한 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다. 도 2a 및 2b는 각각 비교예 1의 0주차, 12주차 분석 결과이다. 도 2c 및 2d는 각각 비교예 2의 0주차, 12주차 분석 결과이다. 도 2e 및 2f는 각각 비교예 3의 0주차, 12주차 분석 결과이다. 도 2g 및 2h는 실시예의 0주차, 12주차 분석 결과이다.

Claims (11)
- 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 탄저균(Bacillus anthracis) 특이적 항균 단백질; 및
상기 항균 단백질 특이적 안정화제; 를 포함하고,
상기 안정화제는 인산나트륨(sodium phosphate), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinylpyrrolidone), 및 플루로닉(pluronic) F68을 포함하는, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 항균 단백질은 Escherichia coli BL21-pBAD-AP50-31(수탁번호 KCTC 12708BP)로부터 유래된 것인, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동결건조 제형은 항생제, 소독제, 살균제 또는 치료제로 사용되는, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형.
- (a) 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 항균 단백질, 및 상기 항균 단백질의 동결건조 제형 특이적 안정화제의 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 혼합 용액을 동결시키는 단계;
(c) 동결된 상기 혼합 용액을 일정 온도에서 건조시키는 단계; 및
(d) 건조된 상기 혼합 용액을 일정 시간 간격에 따라 단계적으로 승온하면서 건조시키는 단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 안정화제는 인산나트륨(sodium phosphate), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinylpyrrolidone), 및 플루로닉(pluronic) F68을 포함하는, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 용액 내 상기 항균 단백질의 농도가 0.1㎎/㎖ 내지 30㎎/㎖인, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 용액 내 상기 인산나트륨의 농도가 1mM 내지 50mM인, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 용액 내 상기 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 농도가 1%(w/v) 내지 10%(w/v)인, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 용액 내 상기 플루로닉 F68의 농도가 0.1%(w/v) 내지 2%(w/v)인, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 용액의 pH가 7.2 내지 9인, 탄저균 감염증 치료용 조성물의 동결건조 제형 제조방법.
