Claims (5)
- 브레이크 페달의 움직임을 페달센서를 이용해 검출하는 ECU가 제어하는 스마트부스터 시스템의 구동으로 제동액압을 생성하여 전륜과 후륜의 제동력으로 제공하는 통합형 제동 시스템에 있어서,
회전구동력을 직진 이동력으로 전환하는 운동 전환 부재를 구비한 전동모터;
상기 전동모터를 통해 제동액압을 발생하는 마스터실린더; 및
상기 전동모터의 직진 이동력을 배력하여 상기 마스터실린더로 전달하는 배력구조를 포함하고,
상기 배력구조는,
상기 직진 이동력에 의해 선형 이동되는 피스톤 로드와 상기 피스톤 로드를 수용하며 배력을 형성하는 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 피스톤 로드는 상기 마스터실린더를 가압하며,
상기 하우징은,
그 내부에 상기 피스톤 로드가 수용되는 배력챔버와 상기 전동모터의 운동 전환 부재를 수용하는 연결챔버로 이루어지며, 상기 연결챔버에는 오일리저버로부터 유입된 오일이 보관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합형 제동 시스템.

상기 하우징의 연결챔버에는 상기 직진 이동력을 상기 피스톤 로드에 전달하기 위한 스프링이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합형 제동 시스템.

상기 하우징과 피스톤 로드 사이에는 기밀을 유지하기 위해 상기 하우징에 밀착되는 상기 피스톤 로드에 실링부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합형 제동 시스템.
