Claims (3)
- 내부에는 연소공간을 갖으며, 연소공간에 열을 제공하기 위해 벽체내에는 열코일이 내장된 연소케이싱과;
상기 연소케이싱의 전방에 배치되어 물을 수용하는 물탱크와;
상기 물탱크의 물을 연소케이싱의 연소공간으로 공급하는 물펌프와;
상기 연소케이싱의 전방에 배치되어 연료를 수용하는 연료탱크와;
상기 연료탱크의 연료를 연소케이싱의 연소공간으로 공급하는 연료펌프와;
상기 연소케이싱 내부에 설치되며 연료가 투입되는 입구와 화염이 토출되는 토출구를 갖는 연소파이프와;
일단은 상기 물펌프에 연결되고 타단은 상기 연소케이싱으로 인입된 후 상기 연소파이프를 선회한 후 상기 연소파이프의 입구측으로 연결되는 물이송배관과;
일단은 상기 연료펌프에 연결되고 타단은 상기 연소파이프의 입구측으로 인입되어 연료를 상기 연소파이프내로 공급하는 연료이송배관과;
상기 물이송배관상에 설치되어 물에 초음파를 가해 물을 버블로 변화시켜 버블화된 물을 연소케이싱 내부로 유입하는 제1초음파발생기와;
상기 연료이송배관상에 설치되어 연료에 초음파를 가해 연료를 버블로 변화시켜 버블화된 연료를 상기 연소파이프 내로 공급하는 제2초음파발생기를 포함하여 구성되어,
상기 제1초음파발생기에 의해 버블화된 물은 연소케이스 내에서 물이송배관을 유동할 때 연소케이싱의 열코일에 의해 발생된 열에 의해 고온 및 고압하에서 기화된 후 스팀이 수소와 산소로 해리되어 연소파이프로 유입되며, 제2초음파발생기에 의해 버블화된 연료는 연소파이프에서 스팀으로 분사된 후 점화되어 연소파이프의 토출구를 통해 화염이 토출되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀을 이용한 연소버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1초음파발생기에 의해 버블화된 물은 연소케이스 내에서 물이송배관을 유동할 때 연소케이싱의 열코일에 의해 발생된 열에 의해 40bar 내지 60bar의 고압하에서 해리되어 연소파이프로 유입되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀을 이용한 연소버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
연료케이싱의 외면을 감싸 연료케이싱의 열이 외부로 유출되는 것을 차단하는 내화벽돌과, 상기 내화벽돌의 외면에 형성되는 단열커버를 더 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 단열커버는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 페닐에테르 3.5중량%와, 알루미늄 실리케이트 미세중공체 분말과 잔탄검이 7:3의 중량비로 혼합된 혼합물 12.5중량%와, 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌 5.5중량%와, 퍼플루오로-1,3-디옥솔 1.5중량%와, C18H24N2 2.5중량%와, 구타페르카와 실리카겔이 2:1의 중량비로 혼합된 것을 클로로폼에 녹인 액체 5중량%와, 메틸술포닉메탄 3.5중량%와, 디메틸폴리실록산 3.5중량%와, 테트라에틸오소실리케이트 2.5중량% 및 나머지 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어지는 합성수지조성물로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀을 이용한 연소버너.
