Abstract
(I)
상기 식에서, R은 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 3인 알킬 라디칼이고; a는 1 내지 12의 값이고; R'는 탄소 원자수가 8 내지 12인 알킬 라디칼이고, b는 2보다 크거나 같고; (a+b)는 적어도 5이다. 이러한 조성물은 다공성 기재, 특히 보강 콘크리트(reinforced concrete)의 양호한 침투 깊이(depth of penetration)를 나타내고, ASTM D 5095에 따른 휘발성 유기물 함량(Volatile Organic Content)이 낮다.

Claims (14)
- 다공성 기재(porous substrate)를 처리하기 위한 발수성 조성물(water repellent composition)로서,
물, 적어도 하나의 계면활성제, 및 하기 화학식을 갖고 알켄의 함량이 0.1 중량% 미만인 실록산 공중합체를 포함하는 에멀젼을 포함하며,
상기 실록산 공중합체가 진공 스트리핑(vacuum stripping)된 것이고,
상기 조성물은 ASTM D 5095에 따른 휘발성 유기물 함량(Volatile Organic Content)이 100 g/l 미만인, 조성물:
(I)
상기 식에서, R은 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 3인 알킬 라디칼이고; a는 1 내지 12의 값이고; R'는 탄소 원자수가 6 내지 12인 알킬 라디칼이고, b는 2보다 크거나 같고; (a+b)는 적어도 5임. - 제1항에 있어서, R이 Me(메틸기)인, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 공중합체의 실리콘 수소가 상응하는 실란올로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 가수분해된, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, b가 a/2보다 크거나 같은, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 5은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (a+b)가 6보다 크거나 같은, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (a+b)가 8보다 크거나 같은, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 7은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항에 있어서, ASTM D 5095에 따른 휘발성 유기물 함량이 50 g/l 미만인, 조성물.
- 에멀젼의 제조 방법으로서,
1)
i) 물;
ii) 하기 화학식을 갖는 실록산 공중합체:
(I)
상기 식에서, R은 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 3인 알킬 라디칼이고; a는 1 내지 12의 값이고; R'는 탄소 원자수가 6 내지 12인 알킬 라디칼이고; b는 적어도 2의 값이고; (a+b)는 적어도 5임;
iii) 계면활성제를 배합하는 단계;
2) 상기 배합된 성분들을 균일화시켜 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계; 및
3) 추가적인 물, 및 충전제, 착색제, 열 안정제, 난연제, UV 안정제, 살진균제, 살생물제, 증점제, 방부제, 소포제, 동결 융해 안정제 및 무기염으로부터 선택된 추가 성분을 임의로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 실록산 공중합체가 진공 스트리핑(vacuum stripping)된 것이고,
상기 에멀젼은 ASTM D 5095에 따른 휘발성 유기물 함량(Volatile Organic Content)이 100 g/l 미만인, 에멀젼의 제조 방법. - 마감 기재(finished substrate)의 발수성을 개선시키는 방법으로서, 제1항에 기재된 조성물을 상기 마감 기재에 적용함으로써 상기 마감 기재의 발수성을 개선시키는 방법.
- 기재의 발수성을 개선시키는 방법으로서, 상기 기재의 제조 전 또는 상기 기재의 제조 동안 제1항에 기재된 조성물을 출발 물질에 포함시킴으로써 상기 기재의 발수성을 개선시키는 방법.
