검체 중의 리소포스파티딜콜린을, 리소포스포리파아제 혹은 모노글리세로리파아제와 반응시켜, 리소포스파티딜콜린을 글리세롤-3-포스포릴콜린 및 유리 지방산으로 변환하여 리소포스파티딜콜린을 소거한 후,
