Claims (23)
- 체적 저항률 1.0×104Ω·㎝ 이하의 도전성 카본 블랙과, 스티렌계 수지와, 발포제를 포함하는 스티렌계 수지 발포성 입자로서,
상기 도전성 카본 블랙의 1차 입자가 상기 스티렌계 수지 중에서 복수 응집된 응집 덩어리로서 함유되고,
상기 1차 입자는 18∼125㎚의 평균 1차 입자 직경을 가지며,
상기 응집 덩어리가
(ⅰ) 180∼500㎚의 최장 직경의 평균값과,
(ⅱ) 4.0∼10.0의 상기 평균 1차 입자 직경에 대한 상기 최장 직경의 평균값의 비를 갖고,
상기 스티렌계 수지의 함유 비율이 80질량% 이상이며,
상기 체적 저항률은 원료인 카본 블랙, 또는 스티렌계 수지를 유기 용제에 의해 제거함으로써 취출한 카본 블랙과, 폴리에틸렌계 수지 또는 폴리스티렌계 수지를 1:4의 질량비로 용융 혼련하여 얻어진 혼련물의 판상 성형체의 표면을 측정한 값인 스티렌계 수지 발포성 입자. - 삭제

상기 발포 성형체가 JIS Z8729-2004 「색의 표시 방법-L*a*b* 표색계」에 기초하는 표면의 색차 측정에 있어서, 다음 식:
31≤ΔE'=L*+|a*|+|b*|≤50
(식 중, ΔE'는 흑색도, L*는 명도, a* 및 b*는 색 좌표를 나타낸다)
으로 나타내는 관계식을 만족하는 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체가 스티렌계 수지 100질량부에 대해, 0.5∼20질량부의 도전성 카본 블랙을 포함하고,
투과법 적외선 분석으로 얻어지는 파수 1000㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A와 파수 500㎝-1에서의 흡광도 B에 있어서, 0.8∼2.0의 비 A/B를 나타내는 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 흡광도 B가 0.5 이상인 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체가 0.01∼0.04g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 카본 블랙이 10∼3000㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체가 0.5g/100㎠ 미만의 흡수량을 갖는 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
난연제를 추가로 포함하는 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체. - 제 10 항의 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체로 구성되고, 상기 스티렌계 수지 발포 성형체 중의 스티렌계 단량체, 에틸벤젠, 이소프로필벤젠, 노르말프로필벤젠, 자일렌, 톨루엔, 벤젠으로 이루어지는 방향족 유기 화합물의 함유 총량이 2000ppm 미만인 거주 공간용 단열재.
- 체적 저항률 1.0×104Ω·㎝ 이하의 도전성 카본 블랙과, 스티렌계 수지를 포함하는 종입자를 수중에 분산시켜 이루어지는 분산액 중에서, 스티렌계 단량체를 상기 종입자에 함침시키는 공정과,
함침과 동시에 또는 함침 후에 상기 스티렌계 단량체를 중합시키는 공정과,
중합과 동시에 또는 중합 후에 발포제를 함침시키는 공정을 포함하는 스티렌계 수지 발포성 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 도전성 카본 블랙의 1차 입자가 상기 스티렌계 수지 중에서 복수 응집된 응집 덩어리로서 함유되고,
상기 1차 입자는 18∼125㎚의 평균 1차 입자 직경을 가지며,
상기 응집 덩어리가
(ⅰ) 180∼500㎚의 최장 직경의 평균값과,
(ⅱ) 4.0∼10.0의 상기 평균 1차 입자 직경에 대한 상기 최장 직경의 평균값의 비를 갖고,
상기 스티렌계 수지의 함유 비율이 80질량% 이상이며,
상기 체적 저항률은 원료인 카본 블랙, 또는 스티렌계 수지를 유기 용제에 의해 제거함으로써 취출한 카본 블랙과, 폴리에틸렌계 수지 또는 폴리스티렌계 수지를 1:4의 질량비로 용융 혼련하여 얻어진 혼련물의 판상 성형체의 표면을 측정한 값인 스티렌계 수지 발포성 입자의 제조 방법. - 체적 저항률 1.0×104Ω·㎝ 이하의 도전성 카본 블랙과 스티렌계 수지를 용융 혼련하는 공정과,
상기 용융 혼련 공정에서 얻어진 용융 수지에 발포제를 주입하는 공정과,
상기 발포제 주입 공정에서 얻어진 용융 수지를 액체 중에 압출해 절단하고, 이어서 고화시키는 공정을 포함하는 스티렌계 수지 발포성 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 도전성 카본 블랙의 1차 입자가 상기 스티렌계 수지 중에서 복수 응집된 응집 덩어리로서 함유되고,
상기 1차 입자는 18∼125㎚의 평균 1차 입자 직경을 가지며,
상기 응집 덩어리가
(ⅰ) 180∼500㎚의 최장 직경의 평균값과,
(ⅱ) 4.0∼10.0의 상기 평균 1차 입자 직경에 대한 상기 최장 직경의 평균값의 비를 갖고,
상기 스티렌계 수지의 함유 비율이 80질량% 이상이며,
