Claims (13)
- 리튬 금속; 및
상기 리튬 금속의 일면에 위치하는 보호층을 포함하고,
상기 보호층은 고분자 매트릭스 내에 분산된 무기물계 고체전해질 분말을 포함하며,
상기 고분자 매트릭스는 리튬 이온 전도성 유기물계 고분자이고,
상기 무기물계 고체전해질 분말은 Li3BO3, Li6.7La3Zr2O12 및 Li1+x+yAlxM2-xSiyP3-yO12 (x는 0 내지 1, y는 0 내지 1, M은 Ti 또는 Ge) 중 1 이상이고,
상기 무기물계 고체전해질 분말의 입자 크기는 10 ㎚ 내지 1 ㎛이고,
상기 보호층은 액체 전해질을 더 포함하는 리튬 공기 전지용 음극.

LiPF6, LiBF4, LiSbF6, LiAsF5, LiClO4, LiN, CF3SO3, LiN(SO2CF3)2, LiN(SO2C2F5)2, LiC(SO2CF3)2, LiPF4(CF3)2, LiPF3(C2F5)3, LiPF3(CF3)3, LiPF5(iso-C3F7)3, LiPF5(iso-C3F7), (CF2)2(SO2)2NLi 및 (CF2)3(SO2)2NLi 중 1 이상의 리튬염을 첨가한 것인 리튬 공기 전지용 음극.
- (1) 무기물계 고체전해질 분말, 유기물계 고분자 및 액체 전해질을 포함하는 분산액을 준비하는 단계;
(2) 상기 분산액을 리튬 금속 상에 도포하는 단계;
(3) 상기 분산액이 도포된 리튬 금속을 건조하여 보호층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(4) 상기 보호층이 형성된 리튬 금속을 압연하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 공기 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
