Abstract
Description
도 2는 기상 그라프팅 반응의 과정을 설명해 준다.
도 3은 개선된 기상 그라프팅 처리장치의 모식도를 보여준다. 상기 기상 그라프팅 처리장치는 PVA가 코팅된 원지(base paper)를 연속적으로 공급하는 언와인더(unwinder)부(1); 상기 원지의 수산기가 노출된 표면을 가열하는 건조부(2); 기상 그라프팅 시약을 상기 수산기가 노출된 원지 표면에 도포하는 도포 롤러(3); 상기 도포된 그라프팅 시약을 상기 원지 표면에 고르게 전개하는 건조 롤러(4)로서, 상기 건조 롤러와 상기 기재 사이에 위치하며 상기 건조 롤러의 외주면을 감싸고 회전하는 벨트(6)가 더 구비되고, 상기 그라프팅 시약이 도포된 원지 표면을 상기 벨트의 표면 쪽으로 밀착시키는 터치롤(touch roll, 5a, 5b)이 더 구비되는 건조 롤러(4); 상기 기상 그라프팅 반응 동안에 생성되는 염화수소(HCl)를 제거하는 환풍기(7); 상기 기재 표면상의 잔여 기상 그라프팅 시약을 제거하는 에어나이프 노즐(8); 및 상기 기상 그라프팅 반응 처리된 기재를 다시 권취하는 리와인더(rewinder)부(9)를 포함하고, 상기 도포 롤러(3), 건조 롤러(4), 터치롤(5a, 5b), 벨트(6), 환풍기(7), 및 에어나이프 노즐(8)로 순차적으로 구성되는 "기상 그라프팅 처리 유닛(unit)"이 상기 건조부(2)와 리와인더부(9) 사이에 연속적으로 둘 이상 구비된다.

Claims (10)
- a) 평량 25-45g/m2이며 소수화처리된 원지(base paper); 및
b) 상기 소수화처리된 원지상에 형성되며 소수화처리된 폴리비닐 알코올(polyvinyl alchohol, PVA) 코팅층;
을 포함하는 겉지와 상기 겉지의 내부 위치하여 과실을 직접 감싸는 평량 20-30g/m2인 속지를 포함하는 소수화 과실봉지에 있어서;
상기 원지는 셀룰로오스(cellulose)를 포함하는 기재이고;
상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅층은 상기 원지 상에 1-10g/m2로 균일하게 형성되며;
상기 소수화처리된 폴리비닐알코올 코팅층상에 추가적으로 지방산 에스테르층이 0.3-0.8g/m2로 균일하게 형성되며;
상기 원지 및 폴리비닐 알코올 코팅층의 소수화처리는는 라우르산(Lauric acid), 트라이데실산(Tridecylic acid), 미리스트산(Myristic acid), 펜타데실산(Pentadecylic acid), 팔미트산(Palmitic acid), 마르가르산(Margaric acid), 스테아르산(Stearic acid), 노나데실산(Nonadecylic acid), 아라키드산(Arachidic acid), 헤네이코실산(Heneicosylic acid), 또는 베헨산(Behenic acid)의 수산기가 염소로 치환된 염화지방산으로부터 선택된 하나의 염화지방산 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 이용한 기상그라프팅(gas grafting)방법을 이용하여 수행되며;
상기 기상그라프팅 방법은 건조롤러의 외주면에 기상그라프팅 반응 동안에 생성되는 염화수소를 수용할 수 있는 공극을 포함하는 스테인레스 재질의 밸트가 구비된 기상그라프팅 처리장치를 이용하되;
상기 과실은 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 소수화 과실봉지. - 삭제

상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅층은 알칼리 탄산금속염 슬러리를 포함하는 기상 그라프팅 반응용 폴리비닐알코올 코팅용액을 이용하여 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 소수화 과실봉지. - 삭제

- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소수화 과실봉지의 겉지는 1800초경과 후의 Cobb 사이즈도가 8.1g/m2이며 15분간 해리 후 슬롯 폭 150㎛의 스크린에 의해 걸러지는 미해리분(flake content)이 2.9중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 소수화 과실봉지.

- a) 평량 25-45g/m2인 소수화처리된 과실봉지 겉지용 원지를 준비하는 제1단계;
b) 상기 원지상에 폴리비닐알코올 100중량부 대비 77중량%의 알칼리 탄산금속염 슬러리 2.5중량부가 첨가된 것을 포함하는 기상 그라프팅 반응용 폴리비닐알코올 코팅용액을 이용하여 폴리비닐알코올 코팅층을 형성하는 제2단계;
c) 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅층상이 형성된 원지에 대하여 염화지방산과 기상 그라프팅 방법을 이용하여 소수화시켜 1800초 경과 후의 Cobb 사이즈도가 8.1g/m2이고, 15분 간 해리 후 슬롯 폭 150㎛의 스크린에 의해 걸러지는 미해리분(flake content)이 2.9중량%인 과실봉지 겉지를 제조하는 제3단계; 및
d) 상기 소수화처리된 과실봉지용 겉지와 과실봉지용 속지를 제대하는 제4단계;
를 포함하는 소수화 과실봉지의 제조방법.
