Abstract
전술한 바와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 다수개의 요소를 복합적으로 고려하여 타이어의 수명을 정확히 예측할 수 있어 타이어 관련 사고를 예방할 수 있고, 차량 안전 운행에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 판단부, 제어부 및 검출부를 포함한 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법에 대한 흐름도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 가속도센서가 마련된 구성을 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (11)
- 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법에 있어서,
차량에 관한 적어도 하나 이상의 정보를 검출하는 검출단계(S10);
상기 검출단계(S10)에서 검출된 정보를 토대로 타이어 수명예측에 요구되는 변수에 대한 판별을 수행하는 판별단계(S20); 및
상기 판별단계(S20) 결과에 따라 운전자에게 알림을 수행하는 알림단계(S30);
를 포함하되,
상기 검출단계(S10)는, 타이어에 있어 적어도 하나 이상의 정보를 얻는 타이어 정보검출단계(S11);
검출당시의 차량 외부환경을 정보화하여 이를 검출하는 차량 외부환경검출단계(S12); 및
차량의 구동여부를 포함하는 차량상태에 대한 사항을 검출하는 차량상태 검출단계(S13);
를 포함하고,
상기 판별단계(S20)는,
상기 외부환경검출단계(S12)에서 검출된 외부온도 및 강수여부 검출 값과 상기 타이어 정보검출단계(S11)에서 검출된 각 타이어 속도를 이용하여, 판별시 마련된 타이어의 속도가 해당 타이어의 외부환경을 고려한 한계속도 이상인지를 판별(S22)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타이어 정보검출단계(S11)는,
차량의 4개의 타이어 각각의 접지면 내측 일면에 마련되되, 상기 타이어의 폭을 양분하는 중심선 상에 마련되는 가속도센서에서 측정한 가속도 값을 고려하여 타이어 정보를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타이어 정보검출단계(S11)는,
타이어의 압력, 온도, 회전속도, 분당 회전 수, 가속도, 타이어 교체 여부 및 타이어의 물리적 정보를 포함한 타이어 정보를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량 외부환경검출단계(S12)는,
외부온도 및 강수여부를 포함한 검출당시의 차량 외부에서 가해지는 외부환경을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량상태 검출단계(S13)는,
차량 구동여부, 검출당시의 차량속도, 주행거리, 조향상태 및 브레이크 신호를 포함하는 차량상태를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판별단계(S20)는,
상기 타이어 정보검출단계(S11)에서 검출된 타이어 교체시기를 포함한 검출 값을 이용하여 실제 타이어 사용기간이 해당 타이어의 권장사용기간 이상 사용되고 있는지를 판별(S21)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).

상기 판별단계(S20)는,
상기 차량상태 검출단계(S13)에서 검출된 조향각도 검출 값과 차량 진행방향에 대한 진행방향검출 값을 이용하여, 해당 차량의 진행방향과 상기 조향각도를 비교하여 슬립(Slip)여부를 판별(S23)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판별단계(S20)는,
브레이크 신호의 수신 시, 상기 외부환경검출단계(S12)에서 검출된 외부온도 및 강수여부 검출 값과 상기 타이어 정보검출단계(S11)에서 검출된 각 타이어 속도를 이용하여 타이어의 마찰 계수를 검출하며, 검출된 상기 마찰 계수의 누적 평균값을 계산하되, 상기 누적 평균값이 기 설정된 기준값 이하인지를 판별(S24)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 검출단계(S10)는,
차량의 구동 중 운전자의 가속패턴, 제동패턴 및 선회패턴을 포함하는 정보를 검출하는 운전자 주행습관 검출단계(S14);
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알림단계(S30)는,
센터페시아의 경고등 및 경고음을 포함하는 알림수단을 통해 타이어의 주행 가능거리 또는 타이어 위험 알림 신호를 알리는 것을 특징으로 하는 인텔리전트 타이어 수명예측 및 알림방법(S1).
