Abstract
본 발명에 따르면 데코시트 제조과정에서 상지와 하지를 열합지하는 공정에서 별도의 접착제나 프라이머를 사용하지 않아도 인쇄층의 형성에 사용된 인쇄잉크가 접착제의 역할을 하도록 함으로써 공정이나 제조원가를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)
- 나무 재질로 된 가구(300)의 표면에 부착하여 상기 가구(300) 표면의 보호 및 장식 효과를 내도록 하는 데코시트의 제조장치에 있어서,
상지(210)를 연속적으로 공급하는 상지공급롤러(102)와;
하지(220)를 연속적으로 공급하는 하지공급롤러(108)와;
상기 상지(210)에 포함된 제1폴리프로필렌층(211)의 밑면에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층(212)을 형성하는 프라이머롤러(104)와;
상기 하지(220)에 포함된 제2폴리프로필렌층(221)의 윗면에 형성된 상부프라이머층(222)의 윗면에 인쇄잉크로 인쇄층(224)을 형성하는 인쇄롤러(110)와;
상기 프라이머롤러(104)를 통과한 상지(210)를 가열하는 제1가열롤러(106)와;
상기 인쇄롤러(110)를 통과한 하지(220)를 가열하는 제2가열롤러(112)와;
가열된 상기 상지(210)와 상기 하지(220)를 합착하여 데코시트(200)를 제조하는 합지롤러(114);를 포함하며,
상기 인쇄층(224)의 형성에 사용되는 인쇄잉크는 인쇄잉크 전체를 기준으로
합성수지로서 유기산 부가물의 유도체인 폴리스티렌 10 내지 39중량부와;
유기용제로서 사이클론헥산 60 내지 90중량부와;
무수말레인산(Maleic Anhydride) 0.02 내지 0.2중량부와;
프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르 0.5 내지 1.5중량부;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데코시트 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상지(210)는 제1폴리프로필렌층(211)을 포함하며, 상기 하지(220)는 제2폴리프로필렌층(221)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데코시트 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1가열롤러(106)는 상기 상지(210)를 105℃의 온도로 가열하며, 상기 제2가열롤러(112)는 상기 하지(220)를 115℃의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데코시트 제조장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1폴리프로필렌층(211)과 상기 제2폴리프로필렌층(221)은 80㎛의 두께를 갖도록 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데코시트 제조장치. - 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조장치를 사용한 데코시트 제조방법으로서,
상지(210)와 하지(220)를 각각 공급하는 제1단계와;
상기 상지(210)의 밑면에 프라이머층(212)을 형성하고, 상기 하지(220)의 윗면에 인쇄층(224)을 형성하는 제2단계와;
상기 상지(210)와 상기 하지(220)를 제1가열롤러(106)와 제2가열롤러(112)로 각각 통과시키면서 각각 105℃와 115℃로 가열하는 제3단계와;
상기 상지(210)와 상기 하지(220)를 합지롤러(114)에 투입하고, 145℃의 온도로 가열되면서 하나의 시트로 합지하는 제4단계와;
합지된 시트를 엠보싱롤러(116)에 투입하여 표면 처리 공정을 거치고, 완료되면 권취롤러(118)에 감아서 완제품으로 출하하는 제5단계;를 포함하는, 데코시트 제조방법. - 제6항의 데코시트 제조방법으로 제조된 데코시트.
