- 다공성 기재를 형성하는 단계;
상기 다공성 기재보다 낮은 융점(Tm)을 갖는 고분자를 용매 중에 용해시켜 고분자 용액을 형성하는 단계;
상기 고분자 용액에 반용매를 혼합하여 고분자 용액의 마이크로 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계;
상기 마이크로 에멀젼을 급속 냉각하여 마이크로 에멀젼 내의 고분자가 고형화된 고분자 입자를 형성하는 단계;
상기 고분자 입자를 분산매에 분산시켜 고분자 입자 슬러리를 형성하고, 상기 고분자 입자 슬러리를 상기 다공성 기재의 적어도 일면 및 상기 다공성 기재의 기공 중 1종 이상의 영역에 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 혼합되는 반용매의 온도가 10 내지 80℃이며,
상기 고분자 입자의 평균 직경이 0.05 내지 0.8㎛인 분리막의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 고분자의 융점(Tm)이 다공성 기재의 융점에 대하여 5 내지 60 ℃ 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 고분자의 융점(Tm)이 90 내지 130 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 고분자가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 및 말레익 안하이드라이드 그래프트 폴리에틸렌로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액 중 고분자의 함량은 용매 100 중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 용매에 대한 반용매의 중량비 (반용매/용매의 중량비)는 0.1 내지 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막의 제조방법. - 삭제
