Claims (9)
- 공기조화기에 포함되어 냉방운전 및 제상운전시 응축기로 작용되고 난방운전시 증발기로 작용되는 실외 열교환기에 있어서,
냉방운전 및 제상운전시 압축기에서 압축된 냉매가 유입되는 제 1 헤더파이프;
상기 제 1 헤더파이프와 연결되어 냉매를 공기와 열교환하는 제 1 열교환부;
냉방운전시 상기 제 1 열교환부에서 열교환된 냉매가 통과하는 바이패스 배관;
상기 바이패스 배관에 배치되며 개폐되어 냉매의 흐름을 조절하는 단속밸브;
상기 제 1 헤더파이프와 연결되며 냉방운전시 상기 바이패스 배관을 통과한 냉매가 유입되는 제 2 헤더파이프;
상기 제 2 헤더파이프와 연결되어 냉매를 공기와 열교환하는 제 2 열교환부;
상기 제 1 헤더파이프와 상기 제 2 헤더파이프를 연결하는 핫가스배관;
상기 핫가스배관에 배치되며 개폐되어 냉매의 흐름을 조절하는 핫가스밸브; 및
냉방운전시 상기 제 1 헤더파이프로부터 상기 제 2 헤더파이프로 냉매가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 체크밸브를 포함하고,
냉방운전시 상기 단속밸브는 개방되고 상기 핫가스밸브는 폐쇄되어 상기 제 1 열교환부는 냉매를 응축하고 제 2 열교환부는 상기 제 1 열교환부에서 응축된 냉매를 재응축하고,
난방운전시 상기 단속밸브는 폐쇄되어 상기 제 2 헤더파이프는 상기 제 2 열교환부에서 증발된 냉매가 유입되고 상기 제 1 헤더파이프는 상기 제 1 열교환부에서 증발된 냉매가 유입되고 상기 제 2 헤더파이프로 유입된 냉매는 상기 체크밸브를 통하여 상기 제 1 헤더파이프로 유입되고,
제상운전시 상기 단속밸브는 폐쇄되고 상기 핫가스밸브는 개방되어 상기 제 1 헤더파이프에는 상기 압축기에서 압축된 냉매가 유입되고 상기 제 2 헤더파이프에는 상기 제 1 헤더파이프로 유입된 냉매의 일부가 유입되는 실외 열교환기. - 삭제

상기 제 2 열교환부는 상기 제 1 열교환부의 하단에 배치되는 실외 열교환기. - 삭제

상기 제 2 분배 배관에 배치되어 개도를 조절하는 제 2 팽창밸브를 더 포함하고,
상기 제 1 팽창밸브는 냉방운전시 폐쇄되고,
상기 제 2 팽창밸브는 냉방운전시 개방되는 실외 열교환기. - 삭제
