도 2는 본 발명에 따른 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템의 일실시예를 구성하는 폐차 디젤엔진을 도시한 블럭도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템의 일실시예를 구성하는 엔진발전기제어유닛을 도시한 블럭도,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템의 제어방법의 일실시예를 도시한 순서도.

Claims (5)
- 폐차된 커먼레일 디젤차량으로부터 회수된 폐차 디젤엔진과, 상기 폐차 디젤엔진에 연결되어 폐차 디젤엔진의 출력에 의해 전력을 생산하는 발전기를 포함하는 디젤엔진발전기가 복수 개 병렬로 연결되는 디젤엔진발전기들;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들이 각각 연결된 공동 출력선에 연결되며, 외부 부하가 연결되는 분전유닛;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 디젤엔진발전기를 구성하는 디젤엔진의 출력측 RPM을 감지하는 엔진출력감지유닛들;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 디젤엔진발전기를 구성하는 발전기에 구비되는 자동전압조정기들;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 디젤엔진발전기를 구성하는 전자제어유닛과 상기 엔진출력감지유닛과 상기 자동전압조정기를 연결하여 디젤엔진발전기를 제어하는 엔진발전기제어유닛들;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 엔진발전기제어유닛들이 연결되며, 상기 분전유닛이 연결되어 상기 분전유닛에 걸리는 부하를 상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 성능지수에 따라 분배하여 상기 엔진발전기제어유닛들을 제어하는 시스템제어유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 성능지수는 폐차 디젤엔진의 운전시간, 폐차 디젤엔진의 종류를 포함하는 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진발전기제어유닛은, 상기 폐차 디젤엔진의 전자제어유닛에서 감지되는 데이터가 입력되는 제1 입력부와, 상기 엔진출력감지유닛에서 감지되는 데이터가 입력되는 제2 입력부와, 상기 발전기의 자동전압조정기에서 감지되는 데이터가 입력되는 제3 입력부와, 상기 제1,2,3 입력부에서 입력되는 데이터들을 기초로 상기 시스템제어유닛에서 분배된 부하에 따라 상기 폐차 디젤엔진의 전자제어유닛을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템.
- 폐차된 커먼레일 디젤차량으로부터 회수된 폐차 디젤엔진과, 상기 폐차 디젤엔진에 연결되어 폐차 디젤엔진의 출력에 의해 전력을 생산하는 발전기를 포함하는 디젤엔진발전기가 복수 개 병렬로 연결되는 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 성능지수를 시스템제어유닛에 입력하는 단계;
상기 복수 개의 디젤엔진발전기들을 작동시키는 단계;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 전체 출력측에 걸리는 부하를 감지하는 단계;
상기 부하가 설정치 이상이 되면 그 부하를 상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 성능지수에 따라 분배하여 각 디젤엔진발전기의 출력 부하값을 설정하는 단계;
상기 디젤엔진발전기들의 각 디젤엔진발전기에 설정된 출력 부하값에 따라 상기 디젤엔진발전기를 구성하는 폐차 디젤엔진의 인젝터 연료분사량을 증가시키는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 성능지수는 상기 폐차 디젤엔진이 장착된 디젤차량이 폐차되기 전까지의 폐차 디젤엔진의 운전시간, 폐차 디젤엔진의 종류를 포함하는 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템의 제어방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 디젤엔진의 인젝터 연료분사량 증가는 설정된 출력 부하값에 따라 상기 디젤엔진의 전자제어유닛에 악셀 전압을 증가시키고 상기 악셀 전압의 증가에 따라 상기 디젤엔진의 인젝터 연료 분사시간을 증가시킴에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 병렬로 연결된 복수 개의 디젤엔진발전기들은 각각 1450 ~ 1500 RPM이거나 1750 ~ 1850RPM을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 엔진발전기 시스템의 제어방법.
