Description
도 1은 길이방향 섹션으로 밸브의 예시적인 제 1 실시예를 갖는 펌프를 도시하며,
도 2는 길이방향 섹션으로 밸브의 예시적인 제 2 실시예를 갖는 펌프를 도시하며,
도 3a 내지 도 3c는 3 개의 작동 상태들로 밸브의 예시적인 제 3 실시예를 도시하며,
도 4는 태핏 위치의 시간에 대한 경로 및 전류 경로를 도시한다.
Claims (9)
- 밸브(20) 제어 방법으로서,
상기 밸브는 스프링력(F_1)을 갖는 스프링(32)과, 스프링력(F_1)에 대항하게 작용하는 액추에이터 힘(F_2)을 갖는 액추에이터(42)와, 액추에이터(42)에 의해서 가동될 수 있는 태핏(34)과, 상기 태핏(34)에 커플링되는 또는 커플링될 수 있는 밀봉요소(36), 및 밀봉 시트(38)를 포함함으로써, 상기 밀봉 요소(36)가 밀봉 시트(38) 상에 지탱될 때 상기 밸브(20)가 폐쇄되며,
정상 개방 밸브의 경우에 밸브(20)의 폐쇄 단계에 후속하거나, 정상 폐쇄 밸브의 경우에 개방 단계에 후속하여, 전류의 최초 값(I_0)으로부터 시작하여 전류의 예정된 최종 값(I_END)에 도달하는 예정 시간 간격 동안 예정 경로를 갖는 전류가 태핏(34)을 제동하기 위해 액추에이터(42)에 가해지며, 상기 전류의 최초 값(I_0)은 최종 값(I_END)보다 더 낮고,
시간 간격의 기간은 태핏(34)과 밀봉 요소(36) 사이의 커플링에 기초하여 예정되는,
밸브 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 정상 개방 밸브의 밸브 개방의 개시가 검출되며, 밸브 개방의 개시가 검출되는 순간에 밸브 개방의 검출된 개시에 기초하여 시간 간격의 시작이 예정되는,
밸브 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 정상 폐쇄 밸브의 밸브 폐쇄의 개시가 검출되며, 밸브 폐쇄의 개시가 검출되는 순간에 밸브 폐쇄의 검출된 개시에 기초하여 시간 간격의 시작이 예정되는,

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브(20)는 펌프(10)의 입구 구역에 배열되며 상기 태핏(34)은 밀봉 요소(36)에 직접적으로 커플링되며, 상기 기간은 펌프(10)의 전달 단계의 시간 주기의 15 % 내지 20%와 동일한,
밸브 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브(20)는 펌프(10)의 입구 구역에 배열되며 상기 태핏(34)은 밀봉 요소(36)에 커플링될 수 있으며, 상기 기간은 펌프(10)의 전달 단계의 시간 주기의 50%와 동일한,

- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전류의 최종 값(I_END)은 스프링(32)의 스프링력(F_1)에 기초하여 예정되는,

상기 전류의 경로는 단차들의 형태로 예정되는,
밸브 제어 방법.
- 밸브(20) 제어 장치로서,
상기 밸브는 스프링력(F_1)을 갖는 스프링(32)과, 스프링력(F_1)에 대항하게 작용하는 액추에이터 힘(F_2)을 갖는 액추에이터(42)와, 액추에이터(42)에 의해서 가동될 수 있는 태핏(34)과, 상기 태핏(34)에 커플링되는 또는 커플링될 수 있는 밀봉요소(36), 및 밀봉 시트(38)를 포함함으로써, 상기 밀봉 요소(36)가 밀봉 시트(38) 상에 지탱될 때 상기 밸브(20)가 폐쇄되며,
상기 장치는, 정상 개방 밸브의 경우에 밸브(20)의 폐쇄 단계에 후속하거나, 정상 폐쇄 밸브의 경우에 개방 단계에 후속하여, 전류의 최초 값(I_0)으로부터 시작하여 전류의 예정된 최종 값(I_END)에 도달하는 예정 시간 간격 동안 예정 경로를 갖는 전류가 태핏(34)을 제동하기 위해 액추에이터(42)에 가해지도록 설계되며, 상기 전류의 최초 값(I_0)은 최종 값(I_END)보다 더 낮고,
시간 간격의 기간은 태핏(34)과 밀봉 요소(36) 사이의 커플링에 기초하여 예정되는,
