Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 4가 유기염 이탈기를 포함하는 화합물.

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 치환된 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 C1-C10의 알킬기, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어지고, 여기서 아릴기, 알킬기는 서로 독립적으로 탄소가 산소, 질소, 황 또는 이들의 조합으로 치환 또는 비치환될 수 있고, 수소는 할로겐으로 치환 또는 비치환될 수 있으며(단, 상기 R1에서 , , , , , , , , , , 및 는 제외됨),
X는 산소, 황, 또는 -C(O)-이고,
이탈기는
(i) 또는 중에서 선택되는 4가 양이온; 및
(ii) Y인 음이온으로 구성되는 염이고,
상기 R2 및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C20의 탄화수소기로서 주쇄의 탄소가 산소, 질소, 황 또는 이들의 조합으로 치환 또는 비치환될 수 있고, 주쇄의 수소가 할로겐으로 치환 또는 비치환될 수 있고,
상기 Y는 트리플루오로메탄설포네이트(CF3SO3 -), 파라톨루엔설포네이트, 메탄설포네이트 및 파라니트로벤젠설포네이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된다.
