Claims (20)
- 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(EVA), 니트릴 고무(NBR) 및 가교제를 포함하는 고분자 블렌드로부터 획득되는 가교된 조성물로서, 상기 고분자 블렌드가 하기를 추가로 포함하고:
- 적어도 하나의 친핵성 또는 친전자성 작용기를 함유하는 반응성 고분자; 및
- 상기 반응성 고분자의 친핵성 또는 친전자성 작용기와 화학적으로 반응할 수 있는, 적어도 하나의 친핵성 또는 친전자성 작용기를 함유하는 양친매성 화합물에서 선택되는 반응성 화합물로, 상기 반응성 고분자와는 상이한, 반응성 화합물,
상기 고분자 블렌드가 반응성 고분자 1 내지 20 중량부, 반응성 화합물 1 내지 20 중량부 및 가교제 0.1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 중량부는 EVA 와 NBR의 합 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
반응성 고분자가 친핵성 작용기를 함유하는 경우 반응성 화합물이 친전자성 작용기를 함유하고, 반응성 고분자가 친전자성 작용기를 함유하는 경우 반응성 화합물이 친핵성 작용기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체가 50 중량% 이하의 비닐 아세테이트 함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
EVA 및 NBR의 힐더브랜드 용해도 파라미터의 차이가 0.5 (cal/cm3)1/2 를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 - 제1항에 있어서,
반응성 고분자 및 반응성 화합물이 각각 8.0 내지 10.5 (cal/cm3)1/2 범위의 힐더브랜드(hilderbrand) 용해도 파라미터를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 고분자의 친전자성 작용기는 시클릭 무수물(cyclic anhydride), 에폭사이드(epoxide), 옥사졸린(oxazoline), 카르보디이미드(carbodiimide), 이소시아네이트(isocyanate), 카르복실기 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 고분자의 친핵성 작용기는 아민, 아미드, 히드록실기 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,

반응성 고분자는 에틸렌-아크릴릭 에스테르-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 테르폴리머(ethylene-acrylic ester-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer), 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트-아크릴릭 에스테르-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 테르폴리머(ethylene-vinyl acetate-acrylic ester-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer), 에틸렌-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머(ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer), 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트-무수 말레익산 테르폴리머(ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer), 무수 말레익산-그래프트된 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머(maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer), 무수 말레익산-그래프트된 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 테르폴리머(maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer), 무수 말레익산-그래프트된 에틸렌-프로필렌 코폴리머(maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene-propylene copolymer), 무수 말레익산-그래프트된 폴리부타디엔 (maleic anhydride-grafted poly(butadiene)), 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트-아크릴릭 에스테르-카르복실화된 에틸렌 코폴리머(ethylene-vinyl acetate-acrylic ester-carboxylated ethylene copolymer) , 또는 카르복실화된 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머(carboxylated ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer: CA-EVA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서
반응성 고분자가 하기로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:
- 아민, 아미드, 및 히드록실기에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 주쇄에 함유하는, 폴리아미드(polyamide), 폴리비닐알코올(poly(vinyl alcohol)), 폴리아크릴산(poly(acrylic acid)), 폴리우레아(polyurea), 또는 폴리우레탄(polyurethane); 및
- 아민, 아미드, 및 히드록실기에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 다수의 말단에 함유하는 고차가지구조 또는 덴드리머의, 폴리아미드, 폴리우레아, 폴리우레탄, 또는 폴리에스테르. - 제1항에 있어서,
반응성 화합물이 스테아릴아민(stearylamine, SAmine), 스테아르아미드(stearamide), 에틸렌-bis-스테아르아미드(ethylene-bis-stearamide), 에루카미드(erucamide), 올레아미드(oleamide), 베헨아미드(behenamide), 4,4’-디아미노디페닐메탄(4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane), 1,12-디아미노도데칸(1,12-diaminododecane), 팔미틱산(palmitic acid), 스테아릭산(stearic acid), 올레익산(oleic acid), 베헤남 산(behenic acid), 에루카산(erucic acid), 도데칸디오익산(dodecanedioic acid), 2-옥틸-1-도데카놀(2-octyl-1-dodecanol), 1,12-도데칸디올(1,12-dodecanediol), 1-헥사데카놀(1-hexadecanol), 캐스터오일(castor oil), 에폭시화된 소이빈 오일 (epoxidized soybean oil), 그리시딜 메타크릴레이트 (glycidyl methacrylate), 비스페놀 에이 디글리시딜에테르 (bisphenol A diglycidyl ether), 2-이소프로페닐-2-옥사졸린(2-isopropenyl-2-oxazoline), 리시놀옥사졸린 말레이네이트 (ricinoloxazoline maleinate), N,N'-디시클로헥실카르보디이미드(N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide), 1-에틸-3-(-3-디메틸아미노프로필)카르보디이미드(1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(hexamethylene diisocyanate), 4,4'-메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 ( 4,4'-methylene diphenyl diisocyanate), 톨루엔-2,4-디이소시아네이트(toluene-2,4-diisocyanate), 및 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(isophorone diisocyanate)에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
반응성 화합물은 5,000 g/mol 이하의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
가교된 조성물 내 EVA:NBR의 중량 비율이 10:90 내지 90:10인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - (a) 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(EVA), 니트릴 고무(NBR), 가교제, 반응성 고분자 및 반응성 화합물을 고온에서 혼합하여 고분자 블렌드를 획득하는 단계;
(b) 상기 고분자 블렌드를 주형에서 고온 및 고압 하에서 가교하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 가교된 조성물을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 따른 가교된 조성물을 포함하는 케이블.
- 제18항에 있어서,
가교된 조성물이 선박용 또는 해양 플랜트용 케이블의 피복층으로 사용되는 케이블. - 삭제
