Abstract
Description
도 2의 (a) 및 (b)는 각각 본 발명의 점착테이프의 제 1탄성점착층 및 제 2탄성점착층을 도시한 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 점착테이프의 양면에 피착재가 점착되어 있는 것을 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 점착테이프의 양면에 피착재가 점착되어 있을 때 점착테이프를 피착재로부터 제거하는 과정을 도시한 도면이다.
도 5는 실험예 2의 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프의 동적 인장강도를 측정하는 시험 과정을 나타낸 사진이다.
도 6은 실험예 3의 80 ℃에서 진행한 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프의 정적 인장강도를 측정하는 시험 과정을 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (16)
- 발포수지층;
상기 발포수지층의 상부에 형성되는 제 1탄성점착층;
상기 발포수지층의 하부에 형성되는 제 2탄성점착층을 포함하며,
상기 제 1탄성점착층은 제 1점착층; 상기 제1점착층의 하부에 형성되는 제 1탄성층; 및 상기 제 1탄성층의 하부에 형성되는 제 2점착층을 포함하며,
상기 제 2탄성점착층은 제 3점착층; 상기 제 3점착층의 하부에 형성되는 제 2탄성층; 및 상기 제 2탄성층의 하부에 형성되는 제 4점착층을 포함하며,
상기 발포수지층은 우레탄폼, 실리콘폼, 아크릴폼 및 폴리올레핀폼으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고, 카본블랙, 산화철, 산화구리, 산화주석, 아조염료, 니그로신, 페릴렌 및 아닐렌블랙으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 흑색안료를 포함하며,
상기 제 1탄성점착층 및 상기 제 2탄성점착층의 두께가 각각 0.01 내지 0.3 mm이고, 180° 박리강도는 1000 내지 3000 gf/inch 이며, 상기 발포수지층의 두께가 0.2 내지 3 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1탄성층은 우레탄계 엘라스토머, 아크릴계 엘라스토머, 고무계 엘라스토머 및 실리콘계 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2탄성층은 우레탄계 엘라스토머, 아크릴계 엘라스토머, 고무계 엘라스토머 및 실리콘계 엘라스토머, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 부직포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 내지 4점착층은 각각 독립적으로 아크릴계 점착제, 실리콘계 점착제 및 고무계 점착제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 삭제

상기 발포수지층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프의 동적 인장강도는 5.5 내지 30 kgf/inch2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프의 80 ℃에서의 정적 인장강도는 700 gf/(15mm*15mm)의 힘을 가하였을 때 1 시간 이상을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프. - 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프의 80 ℃에서의 정적 전단강도는 1 kgf/inch2 의 힘을 가하였을 때 전혀 밀림 현상이 발생하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성층을 구비한 점착테이프.
