Claims (6)
- 백시트;
상기 백시트 상에 적층되는 하부봉지재필름;
상기 하부봉지재필름 상에 적층되고, 전도성 리본에 의해 직렬 또는 병렬로 배열되는 다수 개의 태양전지 셀;
상기 태양전지 셀을 사이에 두고, 상기 하부봉지재필름과 마주보도록 배치되는 상부봉지재필름;
상기 상부봉지재필름으로부터 이격되어 배치되는 전면유리; 및
상기 전면유리와 상기 상부봉지재필름 사이에 배치되어, 상기 상부봉지재 필름을 투과하는 수분이 상기 전면유리에 접촉되는 것을 차단하는 수분차단막;
을 포함하고,
상기 수분차단막은, 상기 수분의 이동을 차단하여, 상기 전면유리에 상기 수분이 접촉될 때에 상기 전면유리로부터 양이온이 분리되는 것을 방지하며,
상기 수분차단막은, 상기 상부봉지재필름을 향하는 상기 전면유리의 일면에 코팅되고,
상기 수분차단막은, 그래핀(graphene), 그래핀 옥사이드(graphene oxide), 및 그래핀 퀀텀 닷(graphene quantum dots, GQDs) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어지며,
상기 상부봉지재필름과 상기 하부봉지재필름을 사이에 두고 서로 마주보는 상기 백시트 및 상기 전면유리의 가장자리를 고정하는 프레임;을 더 포함하고,
상기 수분차단막의 가장자리가 상기 상부봉지재필름 및 상기 하부봉지재필름의 측면을 감싸면서 상기 백시트와 맞닿아 상기 상부봉지재필름 및 상기 하부봉지재필름의 외면이 상기 수분차단막 및 상기 백시트에 의해 커버되어, 상기 수분차단막이 상기 프레임을 통해 유입되는 수분을 차단하는 태양전지 모듈.

상기 상부봉지재필름과 접촉하는 상기 수분차단막의 일면은 미세 요부(凹部)와 미세 철부(凸部)가 반복 배치된 초발수체 표면 구조를 구비하는 태양전지 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수분차단막과 이격되어 마주보도록, 상기 상부봉지재필름 내부에 배치되어, 상기 수분이 상기 수분차단막 방향으로 이동하는 것을 차단하는 보조차단막;
을 더 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
