Claims (10)
- 금속의 모제를 절삭하여 스프링구조체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 방법은 선의 형상으로 이루어진 절삭부(S)를 코일형상스프링부(11)가 시작되는 위치에서 코일형상스프링부의 내경수직중심축(B)이 될 부위를 지나도록 모제를 관통시킨 후, 모제 및 절삭부를 회전시키고, 이와 동시에 모제와 절삭부 중 하나 또는 둘 다를 코일형상스프링부의 내경 수직 중심축이 될 부위를 따라 전방 또는 후방으로 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링구조체의 제조방법. - 삭제
