Claims (4)
- 로터 및 스테이터를 포함하는 토크 센서로서,
상기 스테이터의 상측에 배치되는 상부 컬렉터;
상기 스테이터의 하측에 배치되는 하부 컬렉터;
상기 상부 컬렉터 및 상기 하부 컬렉터의 측면에 일면이 연결되는 단일의 듀얼 홀센서를 포함하고,
상기 상부 컬렉터는, 상기 스테이터의 축방향 단부측에 배치되어 상기 스테이터의 상면에 결합되는 호 형상의 제1몸체부와, 상기 제1몸체부의 외주면으로부터 축방향인 하방으로 절곡되는 제1절곡부를 포함하고,
상기 하부 컬렉터는, 상기 스테이터의 축방향 단부측에 배치되어 상기 스테이터의 하면에 결합되는 호 형상의 제2몸체부와, 상기 제2몸체부의 외주면으로부터 축방향인 상방으로 절곡되어 단부가 상기 제1절곡부와 인접하게 배치되는 제2절곡부를 포함하고,
상기 제1절곡부와 상기 제2절곡부의 단부측 영역 사이에는 갭이 형성되고,
상기 듀얼 홀센서의 일면은 상기 제1절곡부의 외면, 상기 제2절곡부의 외면 및 상기 갭을 커버하도록 배치되고, 타면이 인쇄회로기판에 결합되며,
상기 듀얼 홀센서가 상기 절곡부와 마주보는 면은 축방향과 평행하고,
상기 인쇄회로기판의 외면 중 상기 듀얼 홀센서와 결합되는 면과 대향면은, 타 영역에 비해 상대적으로 단면적이 넓은 영역인 토크센서
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 듀얼 홀센서는 상기 상부 컬렉터 및 상기 하부 컬렉터와 축 방향으로 오버랩되지 않으켜,
상기 듀얼 홀센서는 상기 제1절곡부 및 상기 제2절곡부와 상기 스테이터의 반경 방향으로 오버랩되는 토크 센서.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 컬렉터 및 상기 하부 컬렉터는 각각 하나의 절곡부를 포함하는 토크 센서.
