Claims (18)
- A) 1) 1 이상의 유기 디이소시아네이트(a),
2) 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성이고 수평균 분자량이 0.5 kg/몰 내지 8 kg/몰인 1 이상의 화합물(b),
3) 사슬 연장제(c)로서, 유기 디이소시아네이트(a), 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성인 화합물(b) 및 사슬 연장제(c)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 2.5∼3.5 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 1,2-에틸렌 디올,
로부터 생성되는 50∼99 중량%의 열가소성 폴리우레탄
B) 1∼50 중량%의 트리부틸-2-아세톡시-1,2,3-프로판트리카르복실레이트
를 포함하고 DIN 53505에 따라 측정된 쇼어(Shore) A 경도가 60 미만인 열가소성 폴리우레탄. - 제1항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트의 90 중량% 이상이 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 (MDI)인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성인 화합물이 폴리올(b1)인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올(b1)이 (i) 아디프산 및 (ii) 부탄디올 및 에틸렌 글리콜 중 하나 이상을 베이스로 하는 중합체이고, 수평균 분자량이 0.8 kg/몰 내지 2.5 kg/몰 범위인 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올(b1)이 아디프산, 부탄디올 및 헥산디올을 베이스로 하는 중합체이고, 폴리올(b1)의 수평균 분자량이 0.8 kg/몰 내지 2.5 kg/몰 범위인 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1,2-에틸렌 디올이 유기 디이소시아네이트(a), 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성인 화합물(b) 및 사슬 연장제(c)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 2.5∼3 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, DIN 53505에 따라 측정된 쇼어 A 경도가 50 미만인 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, DIN 53505에 따라 측정된 쇼어 A 경도가 40 미만인 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법으로서, 폴리우레탄을 "원-샷" 공정에서 이하의 성분으로부터 제조하는 방법:
A) 1) 1 이상의 유기 디이소시아네이트(a),
2) 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성이고 수평균 분자량이 0.5 kg/몰 내지 8 kg/몰인 1 이상의 화합물(b),
3) 사슬 연장제(c)로서, 유기 디이소시아네이트(a), 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성인 화합물(b) 및 사슬 연장제(c)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 2.5∼3.5 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 1,2-에틸렌 디올,
로부터 생성되는 50∼99 중량%의 열가소성 폴리우레탄
B) 1∼50 중량%의 트리부틸-2-아세톡시-1,2,3-프로판트리카르복실레이트. - 제1항 또는 제2항의 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 제품.
