Abstract
이를 위해, 커넥터하우징에 복수의 제1터미널이 설치된 충전커넥터; 상기 제1터미널에 대응되어 삽입되는 복수의 제2터미널이 충전건하우징에 설치된 충전건; 및 상기 충전커넥터 또는 충전건에 마련되어 상기 커넥터하우징과 충전건하우징이 결합되는 축선방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
상기한 구성에 따라, 코일스프링에 의해 제2터미널을 항상 밀어주는 탄성력을 제공하여 터미널들 간의 물리적 접촉력을 향상시키고, 또한 록노브와 록킹돌기에 의해 충전건과 충전커넥터의 견고한 결합력을 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (8)
- 커넥터하우징(110)에 복수의 제1터미널(120)이 설치된 충전커넥터(100);
상기 제1터미널(120)에 대응되어 삽입되는 복수의 제2터미널(220)이 충전건하우징(210)에 설치된 충전건(200); 및
상기 충전커넥터(100) 또는 충전건(200)에 마련되어 상기 커넥터하우징(110)과 충전건하우징(210)이 결합되는 축선방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재(240);를 포함하고,
상기 충전건하우징(210) 선단에 커버(230)가 설치되고;
상기 커넥터하우징(110) 외주면에 록킹돌기(130)가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 록킹돌기(130)에 걸려질 수 있게 상기 커버(230)에 록노브(250)가 결합되되, 상기 록노브(250)는 충전건하우징(210)이 커넥터하우징(110)에 결합되는 축선방향에 수직한 축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되며;
상기 커넥터하우징(110) 외주면에 형성된 록킹돌기(130) 일측에 후크홈(140)이 형성되고, 상기 후크홈(140)에 걸려질 수 있도록 록노브(250) 선단에 후크돌기(270)가 형성되며, 상기 록킹돌기(130)에 걸려질 수 있도록 후크돌기(270) 내측에 록킹홈(260)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량의 배터리 충전용 인터페이스장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재(240)는 충전건하우징(210)과 커버(230) 사이에 탄력 상태로 내장 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량의 배터리 충전용 인터페이스장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재(240)는 코일스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량의 배터리 충전용 인터페이스장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2터미널(220)이 삽입되는 제1터미널(120) 내측의 깊이(L1)는 상기 제1터미널(120)에 삽입되는 제2터미널(220)의 길이(L2)보다 짧거나 같게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량의 배터리 충전용 인터페이스장치. - 삭제

상기 록킹돌기(130) 일측에 형성된 후크홈(140) 일측에 후크돌기(270)의 과도한 회전이 제한되도록 스토퍼(150)가 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량의 배터리 충전용 인터페이스장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 록킹돌기(130)의 폭 길이(L3)는 록킹홈(260)의 폭 길이(L4)보다 길거나 같게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차량의 배터리 충전용 인터페이스장치.
