- 인지질이 자가응집하여 형성되는 리포좀에 있어서,
상기 인지질은,
서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성된 펩타이드가 씨오에테르(thioether) 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리포좀.

필름 형태의 인지질에 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드를 함유하는 용액을 첨가하여, 인지질과 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드 간의 씨오에테르(thioether) 결합 반응을 유도함으로써 제조하되, 상기 필름 형태의 인지질은, 인지질을 소수성 유기용매에 녹인 후, 유기용매를 휘발시켜 필름 형태로 제조한 것이고,
상기 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성된 펩타이드를 함유하는 용액은, 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성된 펩타이드를 암모니움 카르보네이트과 함께 증류수에 녹인 후, pH 8~10로 조절하여 제조한 것임 특징으로 하는 리포좀의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (a)는,
인지질에 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성된 펩타이드를 씨오에테르(thioether) 결합시킴으로써 제조한 양친매성 분자 외에, 별도의 인지질을 용매에 더 첨가하여 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리포좀의 제조방법.
