도 15 내지 도 18은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로니들용 몰드를 이용하여 제작된 마이크로니들을 촬영한 이미지들이다.

Claims (9)
- 투명 기판 상에 제1 금속층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 금속층 상부에 제1 포토레지스트층을 형성하고, 상기 제1 포토레지스트층 상부에 포토마스크를 정렬하는 단계;
상기 포토마스크 상부에서 노광 및 현상하여 상기 제1 포토레지스트층에 패턴을 형성하고, 상기 포토마스크를 제거하는 단계;
상기 제1 금속층을 식각(etching)하고 상기 제1 포토레지스트층을 제거하는 단계;
상기 제1 금속층 상부에 복수의 네거티브(negative)형 포토레지스트층으로 이루어진 제2 포토레지스트층을 형성하고, 상기 투명 기판 하부에서 노광 및 현상하여 마이크로니들 템플레이트를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 마이크로니들 템플레이트 상부에 제2 금속층을 형성하고, 상기 마이크로니들 템플레이트를 제거하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 제2 포토레지스트층을 구성하는 각각의 네거티브형 포토레지스트층은 아크릴계 화합물로 이루어진, 마이크로니들용 몰드의 제조방법.

상기 복수의 포토레지스트층 중 하나 이상의 포토레지스트층이 다공(poruos) 구조 또는 섬유(fibrous) 구조를 갖는, 마이크로니들용 몰드의 제조방법.

상기 제1 금속층은 크롬(Cr)으로 이루어진, 마이크로니들용 몰드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 금속층은 니켈(Ni) 또는 니켈-인(Ni-P) 합금으로 이루어진, 마이크로니들용 몰드의 제조방법.
- 제1항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 마이크로니들용 몰드에 마이크로니들 형성용 소재를 적용하는 단계; 및
상기 마이크로니들용 몰드를 제거하는 단계;를 포함하는, 마이크로니들의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로니들 형성용 소재는 생체 적합성(biocompatibility) 고분자, 금속, 세라믹 또는 이들의 복합재료인, 마이크로니들의 제조방법.
