Abstract
즉, 고전압배터리의 완속 충전이 수행되는 기준전압범위를 두고, 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위에 이내인지, 또는 기준전압범위를 벗어나는지 여부를 체크하여, 워터펌프 및 라디에이터 팬의 작동을 제어함으로써, 냉각 장치 구동에 따른 불필요한 전력 소모를 방지하여 충전 효율이 향상되도록 하고, OBC의 냉각도 원활히 수행되도록 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 시스템 및 제어 방법이 소개된다.

Claims (16)
- 차량의 고전압배터리를 충전시키는 OBC(On Board Charger)에 냉각 매체를 순환하여 냉각시키는 냉각 장치; 및
고전압배터리의 전압 정보를 입력받고, 기준전압범위가 기저장되며, 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 이내일 경우 냉각 장치의 작동 빈도와 냉각 강도를 하향시키고, 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위를 벗어날 경우 냉각 장치의 작동 빈도와 냉각 강도를 상향시키는 제어기;를 포함하며,
상기 냉각 장치는 OBC를 냉각시키기 위해 순환하는 냉각 매체의 온도를 조절하는 라디에이터 팬이 더 포함되고,
상기 제어기는 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 미만일 경우 OBC의 온도가 기저장된 가동온도범위에 도달시 라디에이터 팬이 작동되도록 제어함으로써 라디에이터 팬의 작동 빈도가 증가되어 냉각 매체의 온도가 감소되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각 장치는 OBC의 냉각 필요 여부에 따라 냉각 매체가 순환되도록 하는 워터펌프가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,

상기 제어기는 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 이내일 경우 상기 가동온도범위보다 상향 보정된 수정온도범위에서 라디에이터 팬이 작동되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 시스템. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 가동온도범위와 수정온도범위에서 온도가 높아짐에 따라 라디에이터 팬의 작동 강도가 상향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 시스템. - 고전압배터리의 전압을 측정하는 측정단계;
상기 측정단계 이후 고전압배터리의 전압이 기저장된 기준전압범위를 벗어날 경우 냉각 장치의 작동 빈도와 냉각 강도를 상향시키는 고속냉각단계; 및
상기 측정단계 이후 고전압배터리의 전압이 기저장된 기준전압범위 이내일 경우 냉각 장치의 작동 빈도와 냉각 강도를 저하시키는 안전냉각단계;를 포함하며,
상기 고속냉각단계는 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 미만일 경우 OBC의 온도가 기저장된 가동온도범위에 도달시 냉각 장치에 포함되는 라디에이터 팬이 작동되도록 제어함으로써 라디에이터 팬의 작동 빈도가 증가되어 냉각 매체의 온도가 감소되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 냉각 장치는 OBC의 냉각 필요 여부에 따라 냉각 매체가 순환되도록 하는 워터펌프와, OBC를 냉각시키기 위해 순환하는 냉각 매체의 온도를 조절하는 라디에이터 팬이 포함되며,
상기 고속냉각단계와 안전냉각단계는 고전압배터리의 전압에 따라, 워터펌프와 라디에이터 팬이 작동되는 온도범위 및 작동강도가 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 방법. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 고속냉각단계는 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 미만일 경우 OBC의 온도가 기저장된 작동온도범위에 도달시 기저장된 구동속도로 워터펌프가 작동되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 방법. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 안전냉각단계는 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 이내일 경우 상기 작동온도범위보다 상향 보정된 보정온도범위에서 워터펌프가 작동되도록 하고, 워터펌프가 상기 구동속도보다 하향 보정된 보정속도로 작동되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 안전냉각단계는 고전압배터리의 전압이 기준전압범위 이내일 경우 상기 가동온도범위보다 상향 보정된 수정온도범위에서 라디에이터 팬이 작동되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량의 충전 방법.
