도 3 내지 도 6 은 추가의 공기를 실린더에 도입시키기 위한 수단을 위한 제어 장치 및 내연 기관의 배기 캠을 도시한다.
도 7 은 상이한 크랭크 각도에서의 캠 팔로워 (cam follower) 의 수직 위치를 도시한다.
Claims (12)
- 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 으로서,
상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 은, 상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 의 실린더들 (19) 에 연소 공기를 도입시키기 위한 수단 (32), 및 상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 의 각각의 실린더 (19) 용의 적어도 하나의 캠-작동식 (cam-operated) 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 를 포함하고,
상기 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 는 가스 교환 밸브 (24, 25) 를 개방하도록 배치되고,
상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 은, 상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 의 상기 실린더들 (19) 에 추가의 산소 함유 가스를 도입시키기 위한 장치를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 장치는
- 상기 추가의 산소 함유 가스를 공급하기 위한 압력 매체원 (18),
- 각각의 실린더 (19) 와 관련하여 상기 실린더 (19) 에 압력 매체를 도입시키기 위한 주입 밸브 (10),
- 상기 압력 매체원 (18) 을 상기 주입 밸브 (10) 에 연결하기 위한 수단 (26), 및
- 상기 주입 밸브 (10) 의 작동을 제어하기 위한, 상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 의 각각의 실린더 (19) 용의 제어 밸브 (12) 를 포함하고,
각각의 제어 밸브 (12) 는 각각의 실린더 (19) 의 가스 교환 캠 (1) 에 의해 작동되도록 배치되고, 상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 은 상기 제어 밸브 (12) 를 작동시키기 위하여 상기 가스 교환 캠 (2) 의 기초원 (2b) 아래에 배치되는 일부 (2c) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 밸브 (12) 는, 상기 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 가 상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 의 상기 기초원 (2b) 아래에 있는 상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 의 상기 일부 (2c) 와 맞물리는 때에, 상기 압력 매체를 상기 주입 밸브 (10) 에 유동시키도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 밸브 (12) 는 상기 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 이동할 수 있는 밸브 부재 (13) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 는, 상기 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 가 상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 의 상기 기초원 (2b) 아래에 있는 상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 의 상기 일부 (2c) 와 맞물리는 때에, 상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 을 향해 상기 밸브 부재 (13) 를 미는 플런저 (6) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 부재 (13) 는 상기 압력 매체의 압력에 의해 상기 밸브 리프팅 디바이스 (4) 를 향해 밀리는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주입 밸브 (10) 는 상기 압력 매체의 압력에 의해 개방되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 교환 캠 (1) 은 배기 캠인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 장치는 상기 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관 (20) 의 상기 실린더들 (19) 로의 상기 압력 매체의 주입을 개시하기 위한 메인 공기 보조 밸브 (17) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각각의 주입 밸브 (10) 는 실린더 헤드 (23) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주입 밸브 (10) 는 상기 압력 매체를 상기 실린더 (19) 에 직접 도입시키도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주입 밸브 (10) 는 시동 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티-실린더 피스톤 기관. - 삭제
